Although we consistently offer the absolute lowest hi-fi and TV prices on the high street we do acknowledge that we are occasionally undercut by e-tailers offering a bare-bones service and in many cases questionable back-up when things go wrong.

If you do find the product you want for less, we will still beat any lower price by up to £100.
• All that we ask is that the product be brand new, boxed and actually in stock at time of purchase.
• We will happily price beat against other web retailers (must include next day P&P when products can't be collected locally i.e. within 20 miles) as long as we can verify stocks.
• Price beat on TVs applies after adding the price of our ridiculously cheap 5 year warranty to our price, and the competitor's equivalent 5 year warranty to their price. Note our 5 year warranties are incredible value: a fraction of the prices charged by our competitors, just 10% of the purchase price. For example, a 5 year 'at home' warranty on a Philips 32" LCD TV at £399.95 is just a one off payment of only £39.95.
