Nathan, Telesales ManagerWith over 10 years experience in all things Richer Sounds. Nathan also conducts the vast majority of Richer Sounds colleague training, so splits his time between the department and training our new colleagues. He is a keen supporter of Everton FC and still unrealistically hopes to one day get the phone call from Moyes to play. In his spare time Nathan try’s his best to keep fit and frequently fly’s across to his favourite destination, Ibiza, for his holidays.

Phil, Telesales Deputy ManagerPhil was once on the books for Everton (Just don’t ask about his knee injury - it’s a sore point!). He cycles the length and breadth of Greater Manchester to get to work on time every day, and so is always bursting with energy to answer all your enquiries! A Richer Sounds stalwart through and through, many of you will remember him from his shop days behind the counter in any of the three Manchester stores.

Will, Telesales AdvisorLike a Proclaimer; Will travels 500 miles along the M60/M65 every week, to get from Preston to Stockport. He’s spent 25% of his life working for Richer Sounds, alternating between stores and Regional Office. Now at university, Will is now found in the office on a part time basis. Unlike his doppelganger Cesc, he’s rubbish at football but can often be found struggling to keep up with his mates on a 5-a-side pitch.

Tom, Telesales AdvisorTom is the newest member of the team, but don't let that fool you. This young whipper-snapper will do his utmost to make sure that any queries you have will be sorted. He is a man of many talents (spelling not being one of them) and often helps Customer Service out in their time of need. In his spare time he enjoys playing rugby for his beloved town of Knutsford, pumping iron in the gym, going out with the lads and musical theatre. He is a massive fan of Gavin and Stacy and The Mighty Boosh.
