 Adam, Store Manager
Adam likes jumping out of planes and off massive cliffs. Of course, none of this compares to the thrill of running the Croydon branch of Richer Sounds! He loves his jazz/funk/fusion and drum n’ bass and has experience of working in studios. A veteran in his eighth year of service, it's worth popping in to check out his haircut (it's different to the one pictured).
 Paul, Deputy Manager
By far the sexiest member of the team, Paul has been known to jump onto the counter whilst singing into a mop. With more energy than a small galaxy he adds a huge amount of fun to the store. He has a bit of a fetish for carbon fibre and an even bigger fetish for bikes. He also has plenty of other fetishes which you'll have to talk to him about in person. Expect to be at least mildly entertained by him on your visit.
 Andy, Senior Sales Assistant
Andy has worked in the AV industry for about twenty years, including a period at Dolby Laboratories, which is why we consider him a guru. Just don't get on the wrong side of him (he's an ex-builder). He'll be more than happy to show you examples of hi-fi gear which cost more than your house.
 Simon, Senior Sales Assistant
Simon is our part-timer, a student who is a bit of an artist and hopes to receive his degree very soon, with which we wish him the best of luck. If he were any more laid back he’d be horizontal. You’ll find his relaxed manner very soothing and he brings an element of calm to our sometimes hectic shop. He is very knowledgeable of all our products and has an excellent customer service record to date.
 Matt, Senior Sales Assistant
Matt has returned for a second round with us at Richer Sounds. Matt has been well travelled throughout the Richer world working at various branches during his tenure with us, picking up lots of hi-fi and visual knowledge throughout his journeys. Lucky for us that the soles on his shoes have worn through and his decided to leave his nomadic ways behind him and settle in Croydon. Good news for everyone!
 Adrian, Sales Consultant
Adrian loves to chat about any thing with anyone, whether it being about cars, the local change in climate, plasma screens or even a spiritual conversation. He has been in the business for over 2 years and although he is small - “no small-isms here folks” - he compensates this with his vast knowledge and experience in the industry.
 Oscar, Sales Assistant
Oscar is our newest addition to the Croydon team, so he's been subjected to the very stringent technical Richer Sounds initiation training program, to which he's passed with flying colours! So expect top expert advice on anything from high definition TV's to total harmonic distortion on amplifiers. He takes pride in his appearance and it has been known for him to pay £30 for a hair cut! We think word is spreading about his regular make-up kit as well! As you can tell we think he's earned the infamous reputation for the local Richer Sounds pin-up! Ladies keep a look out.
Timmy, Greeter
Timmy is a small golden cat who waves at you. He is a traditional Chinese symbol of good luck and prosperity. A somewhat nomadic cat, he continually changes his location in the shop. See if you can spot him when you come in.
