Richer Sound’s Houndsditch is a newest and biggest London store!
We are now settled in our lovely new location, just round the corner from Liverpool Street Station. The area has loads to see and do with Spitalfield's and Petticoat Lane markets just around the corner. We're more than happy to look after your store purchases while you browse these well known attractions. The shop is manned by one of most diverse and experienced teams around, with over 40 combined years of service between us. The atmosphere is always friendly, so pop on for a coffee or tea and a chat, we're always happy to help!
With our lovely new demonstration room, we have the perfect setting to view all the latest technology including Full High Definition television and Blu-Ray (ask for more details in-store). What's more we can offer a full ‘at home’ spec out and installation service for all aspects of your purchase including multi room audio and visual for the full solution.

 Mike, Store Manager
Emitting diodes, watts per channel, resistance of speakers! Mike is the original hi-fi/AV geek. He loves to chat about specs, but as we are not an optician, I think he should stick to hi-fi! P.S. He likes to make people very happy!
 Joel Greenbaum, Deputy Manager
Joel started working for the company as a Saturday worker, assisting salesmen whilst still at school. 8 years later his experience has taken him to the service department and back just to expand his technical knowledge. He is the supreme company man with un-paralleled knowledge of customer service and staff assistance.
Logan, Senior Sales Assistant
Logan's the supplier of most of the music in the shop (the good stuff) and in his spare time moonlights as a look-a-like for Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons. Logan has just started playing the Sax and hopes to one day be Richer Sounds' answer to Courtney Pine. Logan's experience of hi-fi stretches back to the early days of wind up gramophones.
 
 Alfie Kempster, Senior Sales Assistant
When our dear Alfie isn't busy mixing up a storm in the clubs around London, you'll find him here, sharing his love and knowledge of hi-fi with customers and staff alike. If you need to know anything from AV amps to CD recorders, as long as it's part of a sound process, talk to him and be blown over by his enthusiasm! Alfie is also our resident Yamaha expert and will gladly wave his certificate to prove it. Just don't ask to borrow a DVD!
 Leon, Senior Sales Assistant
Leon is a keen football coach & amateur boxer, he also DJ’s on the side, spinning House, Garage and Hip-Hop. With Leon’s wealth of knowledge, he can advise you on what’s best for you in hi-fi, whether it’s listening to classical or “riding de riddims”, of course any explanations will be in the style of Jay-Z (minus Beyonce of course). His most loved possession, apart from his mum I understand, is a brand new VW Golf. However beware, if you own a brand new Golf GTI, Leon may try and swap a Sony DVD player worth £49.95 for your car.
 Colin, Sales Assistant
Colin is our newest recruit of the City store. Yes Colin, we understand you have a 1080p screen. He at any time of the day or night will be happy to tell you about it. (Or his £500 cat). Colin could also advise you on what films to watch, what unit to play them on what speakers to hear them through. He even has a history of directing films.
 Sam, Stockroom Controller
Sam is our in-house trained executive managing director of the stock-room. He lives in Angel, but he is far from one. He love's My-space, his girl friend, x-box, girls hair-bands and vegetables… NOT MEAT!! He denies it, but one day he will realise he is a hippy. He is always happy to assist the salesmen making sure they give the best service they can. A credit to the team!
