 Paul Stephens (The Good Looking Manager), Store Manager
Paul has a vast knowledge of many things including cars, boats, champagne, (did I mention hi-fi? Oops, I better, he’s the boss!). Paul has been working within the realms of Richer Sounds for 10 years although he never admits he is old. But he’s always up for some banter. So try your luck!
 Tim French (The Karaoke King), Deputy Manager
Tim maintains he has the most knowledge, but we beg to differ. He is a familiar face around Plymouth. He keeps himself in touch with the music scene DJing in a few local pups and clubs! He is also huge on the karaoke circuit, so pop in and ask for a Celine Dion demonstration. Tim has been working in this store for 6 years, so one would hope he would have some knowledge… we all live in hope!
Tony McCarthy (Mullet Man), Senior Sales Assistant
Tony has been working in the store for 6 years, and is a massive 80s music junkie. He would walk 500 miles and walk 500 more just for that Proclaimer’s album. If you want to have a demo on any 80s music then he’s your man.
 David Harper (Sir Limp A Lot), Senior Sales Assistant
Dave is a fun loving guy and has been with Richer Sounds for five years he has a GSOH and would like to meet anybody with similar interest to share cozy nights in talking about projectors, hi-fi, home cinema… and anything else geeky.
 Matt Frost (Mr. Liskeard 2003), Sales Assistant
After a very successful spell as Mr Liskeard, Matthew has decided to hang up his crown and pursue another career. “Hard work and dedication is what brought me success” quotes his multi selling autobiography. This is to our advantage as Matthew carries this through in his Richer Sounds career. In the industry for just over a year now, Matthew has already shown why he was Mr Liskeard in 2003 - hard work and dedication! Not my words but Matthew’s himself.
Ross Gunning, Sales Assistant
Ross has been quickly learning the Richer ropes. His meteoric rise throught the ranks has seen him making the tea through to dusting the floor. He has been promised if he keeps this quick learning up, he could soon be washing the bosses car! Ross joined Richer Sounds after meeting Matt Frost in this years Mr Liskeard Competition. So why don't you pop down to Richer Sounds and cast your vote.
Adam Diggens (Silver Surfer), Sales Assistant
Adam is our newest kid on the block. He is an ultra friendly and approachable colleague who will be more then happy to help you in any way he can. Adam is a well travelled man who has done the lot. So if you need to know the local tide times to get you surfing the best waves on the south coast or how to set up your full AV system, Adam's your man. If you feel like we do (that Adam needs a hair cut) then please feel free to tell him.
All in all we have over 30 years experience in the hi-fi industry. Which may seem a lot, but it isn’t when you compare this to the age of our manager. Please come down and visit us, check out our new refit or just pop in for a free coffee or an ice-lolly.
