An introduction to the Cheltenham store and its staff

We are situated on the upper High Street, opposite Sandford Park about 2 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, on the same side of the road as Argos and HMV. If you are travelling by car then we are actually right on the one way system. There is a pay and display car park if you take the first right after the shop. If you like to live life on the edge you can pull up on the double yellow lines right outside! Rock and Roll!

STORE STAFF

Jason, Manager
Jason is a friendly chap and our resident film buff. He is especially keen on gangster flicks. He is also very into hip-hop and DJs in his spare time. In fact, in his younger days he used to be into break-dancing, although it is a very lucky person indeed who will get to see the ‘Jason Head Spin’. He has been with the company for five years and so has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Leon, Deputy Manager
Leon is our youngest member of staff. He is a very friendly guy who can talk for England. In fact, if you have an opinion you'd like to share with him on his favourite subject (football) it may be best to set aside a whole day for your visit. It's just as well he can talk with such passion and knowledge about hi-fi and home cinema as well.

Gaf, Sales Assistant
If you were to put Jack Black (School of Rock), Rory McGrath (They Think Its All Over) and Comic Book Guy (The Simpsons) into a big melting pot of reproduction, you would end up with this very approachable bass playing hi-fi enthusiast (as long as its silver)! Gaf has been a member of the Richer family for around the 10 year mark now, so no question is too demanding and no task to difficult -  unless it's making him listen to 'synthesizer' music!

Will, Junior Sales Advisor
Our resident cuddly hi-fi buff , who is rumoured to be directing the new hobbit movie. Any technical info you need he will answer it no problem. With a wealth of experience in hi-fi and AV, Will is the man for all your needs.

Adam, Trainee
Our local happy man always wearing a smile. He is the youngest (and best looking if you were to ask him), always willing to go that extra mile for you, he specialises in box carrying to your car.
