An introduction to the Reigate store and its staff

Welcome to one of the newest Richer Sounds stores! We have a very unique and old fashioned looking premises. This store was once the ancient book shop of Reigate and lives in the past and memories of most of Reigate’s residents, so feel free to pop down and have a look in, even if it is just for a browse or a coffee.

Back to what we do, our newly refitted shop has over 40 flat screen TVs on display, with sizes varying from 15 inches to over 60 inches!  I am sure one of the amazing deals will suit both your home and your budget!

All the TVs on display are wired up to display Blu-Ray, HD DVD and standard definition TV. So feel free to bring along whatever you like to the store, to help your purchase or browse.

We also have a multi room product selection, for all those people out there who crave great sound, ease of use and no wires on display.

There's also a new demo room in our store now where you can check out the quality of the separates on sale. Just phone to make an appointment.
 

Along with all this, we have a wide selection of hi-fi and home cinema equipment in store. So whatever your problem, I am sure our knowledgeable and understanding team, along with our products are going to be a perfect match.

We also offer free delivery on products (excluding TV’s), which are not available at time of purchase for your covenience or to elderly people/ people with a disability as a customer service gesture. Please call or ask in-store for more information.

If you can't decide what will look or suit your home best, please call the store and speak to one of the colleagues who can arrange an at home quote. We will basically come to your home and bring some product sheets and product information, size and spec your home for you, along with helping you decide what size screen will suit you rooms, talk and give you an idea of how multi-room systems can benefit your home etc. This is subject to appointment so please give us a call or pop on down to arrange.

For the kids we have free drinks, lolly pops and we can even put a film on to TRY and keep them quiet. Please feel free to come on down, you can even bring your pets!

Parking:
We are blessed to have a free 2 hour parking bay just outside our store and even a 2 hour free parking facility at the Morrison's shopping centre, which can be found just across the road from us on the corner of Bell Street just off the A217. If you do wish to park in Bell Street car park, which is opposite the store, we will pay your parking (Richer Sounds customers only).

Directions:
We are located just off the A217 and A25. For motorway driving we are located off the M25 junction 8 then follow the A217 down Reigate Hill. If you’re travelling from the A25 please follow this road towards Red Hill/Reigate and meet on A217.

STORE STAFF

Damien, Store Manager
Damo is an obsessive and compulsive cleaner, who feels it’s his duty to spit and polish your shoes on entry to the store. With extensive years in the trade and being a big spender on new technology, he likes nothing more than help lighten your pockets whilst plying you with his wisdom. On his days off Damo loves to skip through fields of cotton with his wife while singing “Run to the Hills” by Iron Maiden.

Warren, Deputy Manager
Warren is a fresh face around the shop and the cheeky chap of the pack. A bit of a London Geeza (even though he's really from Surrey) with his Phil Collins hair, he's always happy to help, and there's nothing he cannot do, but please do not ask him to sing. When not in the shop making us all laugh, he can be found propping up the bar in the local pub stroking his hair dreaming what life would be like if he could only play the drums like his beloved Phil.

Jamie, Sales Advisor
Jamie is the original member of the team, (a fact in which his is very proud) what ever you are buying, Jamie is always happy to help you spend your money, and get the right product for you. When Jamie is not cutting out the best deal in town, he can be found locked away in his dads cellar, but he not trying to perfect his world champion tidily wink skills, oh no he is perfecting what we call the art of noise, (he call it music production).

Simon, Sales Assistant
Simon is as keen as mustard and joins us with a very good knowledge of flat panel telly's and hi-fi. He is out to impress so if you catch him he will give you second-to-none service and a cracking deal! If there's something he doesn't know, he will find the answer quickly!

Stuart, Sales Assistant
Stuart is the newest addition to our band of merry men; he is the pretty face of the team, and will charm, and smile his way in to your hearts. Just hold on to your purse strings as he enjoys helping you spend your money. His knowledge of sound installations is second to none, and can always be found with his head in the widely appreciated magazine "Plug Me In", not to be confused, I'm told, with the not so well known publication of "Plug Me Off".

Mike, Stockroom Pumpkin
Mike is in his first year at RS and it looks very promising. Feel free to grab him and demand him to show you a trick or two, however he can not perform to wizard status like Anthony so please be gentle with him!
