PUTTING MUSIC FIRST

NAD have a long tradition of putting music first and with the Viso 1 it could easily be argued that they have produced the best sounding dock available. Using NAD's Direct Digital amplifier, all analogue circuitry is eliminated giving high efficiency and low power consumption. The bi-amplified system with digital crossovers ensures the very highest level of sound quality. Bi-amping gives the tweeter and woofer units their own amplification and creates a far more precise and spacious sound. Working in perfect harmony with the NAD digital amplification are PSB sourced speakers. This top speaker company has also worked on providing reduced cabinet resonance and enhanced acoustic radiation. The end result? Well, we don't think we can put it any better than What Hi-Fi Sound & Vision magazine who said the Viso 1 possessed; "smooth, cohesive and hugely powerful sound."

WIRELESS OPTION

One of the great strengths of an iPod dock is its simplicity. Simply plug-in your iPod or iPhone and you're away. With the Viso 1 you don't even have to do this! With integrated Bluetooth aptX built-in, simply hook up with your iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad or countless other smartphones and tablets, and stream your music, wirelessly. Using the latest aptX version of Bluetooth also gives superior sound quality over standard Bluetooth.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

With more of us watching video on our iPod Touch or iPhone, the ability to be able to rotate the docking cradle through 90 degrees is a thoughtful touch. It means that you can now watch video with high quality sound, rather than the tinny built-in speaker. Should you prefer to see a bigger screen to match the sound, then the component video output can be used to hook the dock up to your HD TV.

OPTICAL INPUT

In addition to the component output, the Viso 1 also boasts an optical input. This is ideal for connecting up your TV or computer and enhancing the sound from that, too. It also supports high quality 24-bit/96kHz digital sound, letting you listen to "better than CD quality" audio through the Viso 1.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via our friends at DPD, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

Delivery occurs within 6 working days (unless ordered on a 1-3 working days service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.

 
DELIVERY TRACKING

Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail (usually the day before delivery) from DPD containing your tracking information. Please note that this does not apply to plasma screens or accessories such as remote controls, cables, leads etc.
