Aircore technology
QED have been making quality cables for just about longer than anyone else and, with the Anniversary XT, its experience shows. Following on from the highly successful Anniversary cable, the XT version features Aircore technology found in the prestigious X-Tube series.
Tube-shaped conductor
This is a silver plated cable, giving a smooth sound with excellent detail. The Aircore technology offers lower inductance and thus distortion by providing a conductor in the shape of a tube with an inner aircore, around the cable. Having a similar effect to the, much more expensive, option of individually insulating the wires, X-Tube provides a cleaner sound with improved transparency. Unlike individually insulated cables, it's also easy to terminate.
For a quality speaker cable that doesn't require selling the family silver to afford, the QED Silver Anniversary XT makes an excellent choice.

Dreams came true

Excellent service
I bought too little speaker wire with my new set-up from Richer Sounds. Despite it having already been cut, they happily took it back in exchange for the correct length. All my own fault but they sorted it. Thanks

Great cable. Not long enough...
The service i received from the staff (and specifically Chris) at Leeds was tremendous.
He did me a little deal on the speaker wire in the bargain bin.
Only negative was that the bag specified it was a 7m length of cable. I needed a 5m length so this would be perfect.
However, when i got the cake home, realised it was two 3.5m lengths so it doesn't reach where i need it to reach. I've still made use of the cable but am a little disappointed.

Happy I contacted richer sounds again.they can't do enough for you.ask em a question they find a solution and get back to you polite .honest I've now brought several things from richer sounds preston and will carry on going back there cos I get what I want and need thank you James richer sounds preston
