Class-leading sound
With bass drivers formed from woven Kevlar and revised magnet systems for even tighter control of the sound the 220 HCP is a powerful performer. Vocals sound so real that they could be 'there in the room' with you. At the other end of the scale the treble also provides loads of detail without ever sounding unrefined. Put together, the overall sound quality is fantastically well-balanced and natural with a sense of realism that you wouldn't expect from a speaker package of this price.
Base ports for flexible positioning
The 220 speakers port sound via integral plinths, rather than the more usual front or rear holes. This not only provides a more efficient and even bass output but also makes the speaker easier to place as you don't have to take wall positioning into account - ideal in a speaker that's likely to be placed close to a wall.
Powerful subwoofer
The 10 inch (250mm) woofer cone is designed for long travel, meaning the SPC-10 can shift a large volume of air and produce deep and powerful bass.

Bought this package with an Onkyo tx nr636 receiver,and wow great sound with music,room filling rich and deep,and with movies the surround sound is unreal,and that bass box,I've apologised to my neighbours several times...EPIC
