All orders are shipped via our friends at Aramex.
If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit/debit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address.
You will receive an on screen confirmation once your payment has been authorised. Along with an email acknowledging your order, the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both bases you will be provided with an order reference number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.
Once your order has been despatched, we will email you an order receipt and warranty information followed by a second email with your order delivery information.
Delivery occurs within 7 working days (unless ordered on a 1-3 working day service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0333 900 0092 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.
All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.
If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.
