Smart TV has just got even smarter, with the LG 37LS570T

LED WITH MCI 200 SCANNING FOR A RICH AND SMOOTH VIEWING EXPERIENCE

With its LED backlighting, the LG 37LS570T offers a sumptuous picture quality with high contrast creating deep blacks. Colours are enhanced, too, giving the picture a greater sense of depth and realism. Boasting Full 1080p HD resolution, the 37LS570T gives exceptional clarity. Connect up a Blu-ray player or 1080p games device and you'll notice a new level of detail, even when sitting close-up to the TV. Thanks to 200Hz MCI (Motion Clarity Index) processing, images are sharper, with less blur during fast moving scenes.

ENHANCED SOUND QUALITY

Boosting the sound quality, you'll find LG's unique Infinite Surround sound for a more enveloping sound quality to match the picture. There are also seven other sound modes and tone controls for precise adjustment. LG's popular Clear Voice II is on hand to help out with "busy" and congested soundtracks where it can sometimes be tricky to make out dialogue. While it's certainly no match for a separate AV system or soundbar, the onboard system is better than you might expect.

SMART TV

At the heart of this TV is LG Smart TV. This combines many features and presents them in an attractive and easy to use way. The list of features is extensive but some of the highlights include an app store and on-board web browser. This makes it easy to catch up with popular services such as YouTube, Facebook or catch-up TV sensation, the BBC iPlayer. In addition to these easily accessible apps, you can also search out your favourite websites using the browser. Thanks to DLNA compatibility you can also stream music from your PC or network attached storage system. Smart TV also makes it possible to browse your choices whilst still keeping an eye on the current channel being displayed in the corner of the screen. You can also connect to your home hub via an optional wi-fi dongle. For all the smart new tech, the 37LS570T hasn't forgotten about the more traditional sockets. Four HDMIs are partnered with triple USBs, SCART, component and RGB PC inputs for full compatibility with all your sources, new or old.

More than just a TV, the LG 37LS570T lets you interact with the web more readily than ever before. With TV this smart, it might be time to part with your PC.

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 19 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not totally happy Like the TV very much but there are one two problems first the speakers reverberate from one program to another. I was advised to buy a surround sound speakers to improve. Not what you would expect after buying a new TV Secondly I have so far not been able to connect to the wi-fi unless I take the TV to the room where the hub is, this is still on going. The socket on the back [side]are badly designed as you can see the wires when the HMDI leads are connected I have to say also that the instruction book is very poor 21 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by good product User friendly Good picture quality No problems in setting up WFI connection I would definately recommend this TV and would have no hesitation in purchasing another LG model 17 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by This is a good tv but....... I have a couple of problems with it.The first is on some channels the words being spoken are not in line with the actors mouths moving, very annoying. Not sure if this is a problem with the tv though. Also on the remote control the HOME BUTTON is too close to the main up and down buttons. When punching in letters for the internet you sometimes hit the home button and you have to start all over again. Going to have to invest in wireless keyboard to rectify this problem. Overall a nice tv. 16 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great TV, great apps, could do with ITV and 4od I love this TV. The picture is very sharp and colours are great. It's easy to use. Very glad I bought it. The free android phone app is also great and very useful. I can play videos / photo's music from my PC or phone that is connected to the home router using DLNA. The premium apps and the search app works very well. Youtube integration is fantastic. The sound is really good. Was considering getting a sound bar, but the sound is really good enough for me. Suggestions to LG: Do a premium app for ITV Player and for 4od player (if this is in progress, have a "premium apps to come" web page). An LG Smart App for windows phone would be nice. On the web browser, pages with video clips could do with a "full screen" option. 16 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by wonderful picture the LG replaced a very good Sony - we are not disappointed. we had a sound vibration problem but LG were swift to put ti right. using the Smart facilities could be easier. setting up |Plex to connect to my PC took some time and is not perfect to use. we will persevere as Smart Tv is new to us as we are so pleased with the basic product 16 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent quality TV This is an excellent quality TV. Recommended by Which? as a Best Buy and has not disappointed. It looks smart mounted on the wall and has received many admiring comments for looks, picture quality and features. 16 December 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great TV with great feautures Bought this primarily for picture quality and styling which was way ahead of similarly priced competition. First venture into Smart TVs and was very pleased with purchase. Easy to set up with onscreen help, execellent set of features, access to iplayer a big plus. List of features too many to mention. Would recommend this, without hesitation, to anyone wanting to make a Smart TV purchase. 15 December 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great features only let down by lack of wifi adapt An excellent smart TV with great features and excellent all round quality. It is only let down by two things: 1. Lack of inbuilt wi fi adapter which is illogical 2. The TV programme 'Guide' is poorly laid out; visually unappealing and not at all user friendly or intuitive. However, this is not important if the TV is used with a decent recordable freeview+ box. Overall though it deserves its 'Which?' best buy rating. 14 December 2012
