 | Last Few To Clear, So Hurry!
With its faultless spec and awesome performance, the Sony KDL-40V3000 has become something of a legend within its own lifetime.
At the heart of this Full HD Sony LCD TV is a group of picture enhancements that make for class-leading vision. As you'd expect, the Sony features a 1080p, 6.2 Mega Pixel resolution screen with 24p True Cinema - for picture scanning as smooth as the movies. Added to this, Sony has given the KDL40V3000 Live Colour Creation and, of course, their famous BRAVIA engine. Live Colour Creation delivers a 30% improvement to the colour palette giving more accurate colour, especially with subtle details such as flesh tones. Little needs to be said about BRAVIA as its reputation for vivid colour, low noise and smooth motion precedes it. Needless to say, BRAVIA works its magic here, too, and the KDL-40V3000's picture is captivating.
From the company that brought you Blu-ray, you can not only expect the best picture compatibility but also the right selection of sockets to connect it all up. Clearly, Sony understands HDTV, which is why the new 1080P Sony LCD features a trio of HDMI sockets. Two of the sockets are mounted at the rear of the TV, while the other is side-mounted for easy access - ideal for plugging in an HD camcorder. Thanks to a digital optical output, the KDL40-v3000 can be plugged into your home cinema system. This should give you the scale of sound from Freeview digital TV services to match the 40" 1080p screen. If you've no room for a separate home cinema system, then the built-in digital amplifier with S-Force Front Surround does an adequate job of providing a spacious and clear sound quality.
With its smart piano black finish and famed style, the Sony KDL40V3000 provides a quality of design that's every bit a match for its performance.
For a 40" 1080p HD Ready TV, trust the inventors of Blu-ray to bring you a cracker! |
