AN INTRODUCTION TO THE BATH STORE AND ITS STAFF

Richer Sounds 50th new store has landed in Bath, and we would like to offer you a very warm welcome to the exciting new shop on London Road. If you are travelling into us for the very first time, or are a Richer regular - we will care for all your hi-fi audio and video needs. Our team is full of knowledgeable colleagues able to provide service, response and installation advice. Please allow us to quote for setting systems up, small or large.

We are all keen to talk, work with and manage issues for our customers. We can communicate to you via email or phone to keep the level of service high. Everyone’s human, and we hope to not fail, so please give us a try!

The Shop Floor
We have a very large, comfy demonstration room. This will allow access to seeing 3D TV, surround sound and if you book with one our colleagues, pretty much whatever you like. We can ensure you hear Tannoy V4, Mordaunt-Short Aviano 6 and full Aviano surround set-ups that are now on demo, and also at the moment the Cambridge Audio MINX 335 5.1 system.

Here at Richer Sounds in Bath we pride ourselves on our installation team, who are able to provide excellent project management. We can help design, build and formulate installs of many TV and audio visual system solutions, whilst keeping price and customer service always at the heart.

TV Aftercare
Need a tune up or stuck using your system? We can offer a plug and play service from as little as £35 (dependent on distance and time spent).

AV / Hi-Fi Installs
We can offer full surround sound solutions, working with the customer from £45 (dependent on distance and the time spent).

Commercial projects
We can work with large new builds, shops and small cafes to offer the best sound and visual solutions. Just pop in and grab one of the colleagues.

We have up to 12 spaces free for customers to come and use, so they can browse with plenty of time!

MEET THE TEAM

James, Store Manager
He's the leader of the pack… James is the captain of the Bath crew. He'll make sure that you are guided through the "Richer Ocean" with a knowledge as vast and deep as the sea. Get ready to set sail on a journey through sight and sound.
Jamie, Deputy Manager
Jamie has returned from life outside RS, back into the new Bath store. His exciting and enthusiastic appetite for the job is back, (if it ever really left him) and customers can once again be amazed by the service learned over many years. With experience of Richer Sounds in Chelsea and Cardiff before this, queues of customers will be waiting just as long to see Jamie, just as they did for the iPad 2.
Jake, Admin Manager / Sales
Jake is our snowboarding adrenaline junkie. He is also our experienced admin manager, with tonnes of knowledge and 12 years experience. If he's not carving down some snowy slope he's getting you blood pumping with the very best hi-fi systems we have to offer.
John, Sales Advisor
John is our Bath local lad who jumped at the chance to join Richer Sounds team. His passion for meeting a customers requirements is just what we like to see in all our staff. If you have a list of needs as long as your arm John will be ticking them off in no time.
Stephen, Sales Advisor
Stephen is our new kid on the block, defining the customer service that we all stand for. His energy is a great asset to the team and his love for music, and especially drumming, keeps the musical flow alive! Come in and chat to RIngo Starr's cousin (sort of), you will surely hear the beat!
Joe, Sales Advisor
Joe is as enthusiastic and welcoming as any colleague we have seen. As a brand new member of staff his wit and humour, along with attention to detail is really impressive.
