  Mark, Store Manager

  Don't let the Essex accent fool you, this extremely gentle giant has a vast knowledge of all types of technology, and possesses a very professional manner at ALL times. His constant smiles and flowing golden hair will make your visit to Richer Sounds a very happy one (if you're lucky enough to get served by him).

  Russell, Deputy Manager

  Now in his 6th year of service, our Deputy Manager has developed dazzlingly high levels of customer service. This, paired with a life-long obsession for hi-fi and home cinema, gives him the skills to take you through an ultra smooth Richer Sounds experience. With one (robotic!) eye always on the future, Russell's latest passion is wiring your home for glorious multi-room audio.

  Tom, Sales Consultant

  Tom spends all his spare time stuck behind a camera, listening to music nobody else seems to like or watching wrestling. But don't judge him, the photography means he knows loads about digital TVs and can help you choose the exact one for you, the obscure music means you'll get a fantastic demonstration of hi-fi equipment and the wrestling... well there's no excuse for that. But his constant positive attitude means that whatever you're looking for, he's able to give you fantastic service.

  Don't be fooled by his school-boy looks, as this 5 year veteran has the experience (and grey hairs!) to guide you through the world of AV. When he's not going out of his way to give you the best possible deal, Ads releases music under a closely guarded alter ego.

  Phil is now in his 7th year of service, and the vast wealth of knowledge he's acquired makes him an invaluable member of the team. A keen DJ and music buff, Phil has a love for vinyl and all things funky! A true analogue purist, he very much believes in keeping it 'old school'!

  Alan loves to follow Girls Aloud the length of the country, he also adores Take That! He takes pride in knowing the ins and outs of new technology and is a walking one man jargon buster. So if you need something explaining Alan's your man!

  The resident know it all, Aaron spends all his spare time ensuring that he knows everything in the world, literally. Some say his beard inspired Wikipedia, others say his cat controls his every move from a secret underground lair, we just know he can answer just about any question, so come in and try him out

  With extensive experience in hi-fi and home cinema and qualifications in music technology and multi-room systems, James has an ear for detail. Arranging a home consultation with James is very easy and can give you a dramatic and exciting improvement to a family home or business environment. James can also offer just about anything from the AV world, no matter how bizarre it may seem. Whether it's a motor to raise a TV out of the bottom of your bed or a flat panel screen in the shower, James is the man to talk to.

  When it comes to music, Andre is our very own Mozart. Not only can he dazzle you on the grand piano but he's also able to pick you out the exact hi-fi required to suit your needs at home. Couple this with his ability to speak several languages and he'll complete your shopping experience wherever you're from.

  Chris joined us recently, he appeared out of the blue and started amazing customers with his hi-fi knowledge... so we put him in a uniform. It's worked out brilliantly for us as he's excellent at customer service too, even if his hairstyle is from the 70's.
