Mike, Deputy ManagerWhen it comes to logistics Mike knows it all. If your mother's sister's nephew's cousin needs the item for a wedding in Scarborough in 2 days, Mike will find a way to get it there. On top of that when it comes to technical knowledge there isn’t much Mike doesn’t know or won’t instantly find out.

Andie, Senior Sales ConsultantAndie is our most senior sales consultant, with the best customer service record in the company and a sixth sense when it comes to what customers need. Always happy and chirpy, Andie livens up the store and if you want to really see him in his element ask him about the Mezzo range of speakers. A little known secret of Andie’s is that he’s also a singer and producer, so don’t be alarmed if he sings a little tune now and then.

He’s only been here in a while but he’s already an integral part of our team and we couldn’t imagine the store without him.

Mark, Installations and LogisticsMark can most commonly be found with a smile on his face, either in our stockroom or out on deliveries for our customers. His wealth of experience and audio-visual knowledge has meant we have the perfect man for our installations. Nothing is too much trouble and he will try and accommodate even the most random of requests.

Kyle, Stockroom ControllerKyle is the man behind the scenes; without his hard work and dedication to the store we couldn’t operate. From sorting our stock to arranging deliveries and repairs, Kyle can do it all. Without him we really would be lost and undoubtedly we wouldn’t be able to open. He’s friendly, caring and always laughing. Don’t hesitate to ask him anything if you see him as he’s always happy to help.
