  Jonathan, Store Manager

  Jonathan is our illustrious leader, with no problem too big or small for him to deal with. His main priority is your happiness and be sure that he’ll do anything within his power to ensure you leave with a smile on your face as big as his.

  Thenna, Deputy Manager

  Still fairly new to the company Thenna quickly charmed his way to Deputy Manager position. With a clear ability to lead and take action he is a prized member of the Cardiff team. Some of us feel we would be lost without him. With his vast knowledge of TV and Hi-Fi, and his ability to charm the ladies (you know who you are), he will surely be our colleague and friend for many years to come. Thenna leads our sales team and has the uncanny ability to ensure every customer leaves the shop with a beaming smile.

  Andie, Senior Sales Consultant

  Andie is our most senior sales consultant, with the best customer service record in the company and a sixth sense when it comes to what customers need.  Always happy and chirpy, Andie livens up the store and if you want to really see him in his element ask him about the Mezzo range of speakers. A little known secret of Andie’s is that he’s also a singer and producer, so don’t be alarmed if he sings a little tune now and then.

  Lewis, Senior Sales Consultant

  Lewis is our resident go to guy, what he doesn’t know about AV products isn’t worth knowing.  Our longest standing team member, Lewis has a wealth of experience and an army of satisfied customers. No problem is too big or small for our gentle giant.

  Nays, Senior Sales Advisor

  Nays is one of our key team members. He’s  always on the ball and always ready to help dish out some of his vast knowledge. With a face that used to roam the runway, our resident  model will always charm you over with his infectious smile.

  Sam, Senior Sales Advisor

  Sam has a real passion for technology, especially within the AV market. He’s always got the most up-to-date product reviews in his head, not to mention a wealth of technical knowledge that can rival most manufacturers' handbooks. At only 19 he is our store's youngest colleague, however don’t let his age fool you, as his customer service record will show he’s one of our best and brightest.

  Hamza, Junior Sales Advisor

  Hamza joined us a little over a year ago and quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with when it comes to TV knowledge. Having worked all around the world from Hong Kong to Dubai he has the experience and expertise to devise the perfect solution for all your Audio Visual needs. If you wish to have a bit of fun with him try guessing where he was brought up, to date no one has gotten it right.

  Rael, Junior Sales Advisor

  Rael is the newest member of our sales team but he is not by any means inexperienced. He has already excelled both in his customer service and product knowledge, however he is only human and still learning so please do bear with him.

  Mark, Installations and Logistics

  Mark can most commonly be found with a smile on his face, either in our stockroom or out on deliveries for our customers. His wealth of experience and audio-visual knowledge has meant we have the perfect man for our installations. Nothing is too much trouble and he will try and accommodate even the most random of requests.

  Kyle, Stockroom Controller

  Kyle is the man behind the scenes; without his hard work and dedication to the store we couldn’t operate. From sorting our stock to arranging deliveries and repairs, Kyle can do it all. Without him we really would be lost and undoubtedly we wouldn’t be able to open. He’s friendly, caring and always laughing. Don’t hesitate to ask him anything if you see him as he’s always happy to help.
