  Jonathan, Store Manager

  Jonathan is our illustrious leader, with no problem too big or small for him to deal with. His main priority is your happiness and be sure that he’ll do anything within his power to ensure you leave with a smile on your face as big as his.

  Jason, Deputy Manager

  Jason is the new deputy manager here at Cardiff. He'll make sure any problems you have get sorted once you've left our store but his talents don't end there; Jason is a TV and Hi-Fi enthusiast and can tell you, in simple (or complicated) terms what all the funny words mean surrounding all your gear. If you want to get him really excited then ask about future LG products - he's a massive fan.

  Andie, Sales Consultant

  Andie is our most senior sales consultant, with the best customer service record in the company and a sixth sense when it comes to what customers need.  Always happy and chirpy, Andie livens up the store and if you want to really see him in his element ask him about the Mezzo range of speakers. A little known secret of Andie’s is that he’s also a singer and producer, so don’t be alarmed if he sings a little tune now and then.

  Lewis, Sales Consultant

  Lewis is our resident go to guy, what he doesn’t know about AV products isn’t worth knowing.  Our longest standing team member, Lewis has a wealth of experience and an army of satisfied customers. No problem is too big or small for our gentle giant.

  Sam, Sales Advisor

  Sam has a real passion for technology, especially within the AV market. He’s always got the most up-to-date product reviews in his head, not to mention a wealth of technical knowledge that can rival most manufacturers' handbooks. At only 19 he is our store's youngest colleague, however don’t let his age fool you, as his customer service record will show he’s one of our best and brightest.

  Jon P, Sales Advisor

  Jon P has proved his worth over the last year. His knowledge and passion for Hi-fi, TV and home cinema extends past working hours as he'll talk to you about the newest piece of kit well into the morning. As a gamer he can also recommend the best new technology to match your set up, although he won't talk to you if you own an Xbox 360.

  Matt, Sales Advisor

  As well as discussing the pros and cons of TV, Hi-Fi and Home Cinema, he can also de-construct a film's narrative and character development in the same breath. Matt's sideline projects include running a film website (ask in store for details) and screen-writing. If you have any problems, questions or queries then Matt's your man. He does get complaints about smiling too much though.

  Owen, Junior Sales Advisor

  Owen is our newest member of staff here at Cardiff and has quickly proven himself capable of answering even the obscure questions! With a keen interest in technology and an eye for design he can make sure all your technological needs are met with aesthetically pleasing results. An ardent Cardiff city fan he is happy to talk football and the benefits of watching a game on T.V's with a 100hz or more.

  Mark, Installations and Logistics

  Mark can most commonly be found with a smile on his face, either in our stockroom or out on deliveries for our customers. His wealth of experience and audio-visual knowledge has meant we have the perfect man for our installations. Nothing is too much trouble and he will try and accommodate even the most random of requests.

  Kyle, Stockroom Controller

  Kyle is the man behind the scenes; without his hard work and dedication to the store we couldn’t operate. From sorting our stock to arranging deliveries and repairs, Kyle can do it all. Without him we really would be lost and undoubtedly we wouldn’t be able to open. He’s friendly, caring and always laughing. Don’t hesitate to ask him anything if you see him as he’s always happy to help.
