AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CHELTENHAM STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Cheltenham!

We are situated on the upper High Street, opposite Sandford Park and about 2 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, on the same side of the road as Argos and HMV. If you are travelling by car then we are actually right on the one way system. There is a pay and display car park behind the store, and you can reach this if you take the first right after the shop. We will of course pay up to 1 hours worth, so £1.30 at the current price - which cannot be bad! If you like to live life on the edge you can pull up on the double yellow lines right outside! Rock and Roll!
Take your time to chat to the colleagues about the latest products, and we will surely endeavour to cover any aspects of setup, specification or configuration that you may be looking for. We are massive music fans and hold a passion for the latest equipment, so please use us (literally!) to assist you.

Also on our agenda… WE HAVE HAD A BRAND NEW REFIT!! We have just had a brand new hi-fi room put in to allow us to demonstrate the latest hi-fi equipment. Come along for a demonstration and a cup of coffee and we will happily demonstrate what we can, when we can. So take your time and come see our newly redecorated and redesigned store.

MEET THE TEAM

Jason, Store Manager
With nearly ten years experience at richer sounds Jason is the king of all Things customer service related, he is a huge movie fan and also listens to music in his spare time. He is also a hardened tea drinker, but has been known to drink the odd cappuccino.
James, Deputy Manager
James has recently started in the branch as our new deputy manager. James has a wealth of knowledge on hi-fi and AV equipment with over 3 years of experience at richer sound, feel free to ask him any questions about any of our products or facts on Elvis and your sure to get a cheery response.
Leon, Senior Sales Consultant
Leon is our youngest member of staff. He is a very friendly guy who can talk for England. In fact, if you have an opinion you'd like to share with him on his favourite subject (football) it may be best to set aside a whole day for your visit. It's just as well he can talk with such passion and knowledge about hi-fi and home cinema as well.
Dave, Sales Consultant
Our big friendly bass player, who can be found playing with his local band down the pub of an evening. He is very friendly and patient, and will suit all your TV and hi-fi needs. Be sure to ask him to show you his old photo on his driving licence!
Rich, Sales Consultant
Rich has a wealth of experience in the av industry and is always happy to answer your technical questions. He is a big fan of all things music and movie related, and will love to tell you about his new shed and love of motorcycles.
Nathan, Sales Advisor
Nathan is a new and friendly member of our team, who loves all things music. He has been known to do the human beatbox in his spare time, but he may be embarrassed if you ask him for a demonstration. He will be more than happy to meet your needs.
Kevin, Sales Advisor
New to the av industry but has bags of enthusiasm, he is relatively new to the area and has come from the town know as the cobblers. And is a keen follower of football , make sure you ask him to sell you a scaaart lead.
Angus, Junior Sales Advisor
Angus is our newest member of the team but very keen to help none the less. Known particularly for his friendliness he goes by the nickname of mctavish. He plays in a band in his spare time, and owns a very large bus. If you want someone to go that extra mile, angus is your man.
