AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CHELTENHAM STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Cheltenham!

We are situated on the upper High Street, opposite Sandford Park and about 2 minutes walk from the main shopping centre, on the same side of the road as Argos and HMV. If you are travelling by car then we are actually right on the one way system. There is a pay and display car park behind the store, and you can reach this if you take the first right after the shop. We will of course pay up to 1 hours worth, so £1.40 at the current price - which cannot be bad!
Take your time to chat to the colleagues about the latest products, and we will surely endeavour to cover any aspects of setup, specification or configuration that you may be looking for. We are massive music fans and hold a passion for the latest equipment, so please use us (literally!) to assist you.

Also on our agenda… WE HAVE HAD A BRAND NEW REFIT!! We have just had a brand new hi-fi room put in to allow us to demonstrate the latest hi-fi equipment. Come along for a demonstration and a cup of coffee and we will happily demonstrate what we can, when we can. So take your time and come see our newly redecorated and redesigned store.

MEET THE TEAM

Jason, Store Manager
With over ten years experience at Richer Sounds, Jason is the king of all things customer service related. He is a huge movie fan and also listens to music in his spare time. He is also a hardened tea drinker, but has been known to drink the odd cappuccino.
Rich, Deputy Manager
Rich has a wealth of experience in the AV industry and is always happy to answer your technical questions. He is a big fan of all things music and movie related, and will love to tell you about his new shed and love of motorcycles.
Craig, Sales Consultant
Craig brings his wealth of knowledge to the company. He loves the guitar and definitely won`t string you along (sorry). Like most of us his is a big lover of books and films the odd bit of PS3. He will bring a warm smile when you visit.
Kevin, Sales Advisor
With over 2 years AV experience under his belt, he hails from Northampton originally , but now loves living in the 'nam (Cheltenham). He is a keen follower of football, make sure you get him to sell you a scaaart lead.
Mark, Sales Advisor
Mark brings bags of enthusiasm to the team here. He is a big movie fan and likes to play video games in his spare time. He goes by the nickname Turtle , and he often gets called Mike by customers who have spoken to him on the phone, which he loves. Nonetheless he will be ready and waiting for your visit with a big smile.
Scott, Sales Advisor
Scott is our newest member of staff and probably the keenest. I won't mention his dodgy music tastes, but let's just say he loves his bass. He will however look after you when you pop in, so come on down!
Sam, Career Key Timer
Sam has been with Richer Sounds for a few years now, he likes to play football in his spare time as well as listening to music. He used to be our stockroom controller but has moved effortlessly to the shop floor. Sam's friendly nature will ensure you get a good welcome.
Joe, Career Key Timer
Joe is a Career Key Timer who is now in his 2nd year of service, he is studying photography at university and could be a future paparazzi maybe. He is a keen sportsman in his spare time and although he (allegedly) has a resemblance to Prince Harry, he is the man for all your technical and customer service needs. Pop on down and say hello.
Adam, Stockroom Controller
He has been at Richer Sounds for three years now, and he is the man for all occasions.
