  Neil, Store Manager

  "Danger" Neil moved from The Big House to The Little Hi-Fi Shop after a short stretch for bullying traffic wardens. Having been a runner here on day-release for the last 4 years he certainly knows his hi-fi and home cinema. When you come in to see him be sure to bring your parking ticket and he'll guarantee to get your money back.

  Lee, Deputy Manager

  Lee has a excellent background in all things customer focused, if you are looking for a home cinema or hi-fi system then  speak to Lee. With an eye for detail and a passion for putting the customer first you don’t have to look any further. His exemplary manners and flexible approach allow Lee to exceed all his customers expectations. A father and a keen outdoor sportsman, Lee has his own fishing boat and loves all things to do with food - if you’re lucky  he might give you the recipe for a curry the like of which youve never tasted before! if not he will deliver the recipe for your listening and viewing  utopia.

  Jordan is a pro when it comes to treating customers well. He has an insatiable appetite for new products and is always eager to pass on this invaluable knowledge. If you like walking into a store, being greeted with a smile and being treated like the most important person there, then come down and say 'Hi' and marvel at Jordan's wonderful welcome.

  Greig, Sales Consultant

  Greig is a guitarist and songwriter whose enthusiasm for 70’s style extended guitar solos far outweighs his talent. Hailing from the Scottish Borders, with years of customer service skills in the bag, Greig will offer you a warm welcome and provide you with an honest assessment of your requirements. If you want to talk to someone who loves great sounds, then Greig is the man!

  Garry, Sales Consultant

  After years of looking for the right job, Garry is delighted to have landed a position in the store he has been shopping at since his teens. His technical knowledge is improving every day, and his hunger for all things AV, TV and hi-fi, teamed with his passion for customer service makes him a welcome addition to the team. A young family, a band and a fondness for the odd  beer fills his spare time, but in-store  he is always happy, and always happy to help, so ask away!

  Luke, Stockroom Controller

  While our boys are providing you with amazing deals up on the shop floor we hide another member of our team in our stockroom. Don’t be mistaken though, he’s just as important as the rest of us. Meet Luke, he is our friendly stockroom controller. Ask him nicely and he’ll be happy to help you carry your weighty purchases to your car.

  Raised by hamsters and fed primarily on Rustlers microwave burgers, Luke was born to tackle 50inch Plasma TVs. He does so with great skill & agility, managing to squeeze all our deals into our climate controlled stockroom with ease. Luke is our Super Stockroom Controller!
