AN INTRODUCTION TO THE ETON STORE AND ITS STAFF

Welcome one and all to your newest Richer Sounds store.
We have recently opened on Eton High Street and are jammed packed full of TV, Hi-Fi and Home Cinema goodies. We are a 5 minute walk from Windsor Castle, Windsor High Street and Windsor and Eton Riverside train station. There is on street parking in the Pay and Display bays on Eton High Street and also a Pay and Display car park 100yds opposite the shop.(Remember, we will pay for your parking if you are making a purchase with us.) So you can fill up with bargains without extra expense.

• We have over 30 Flat screen TV's on display including new 3D Tv ready to demontrate.
• Listen and watch before you buy in our fantastic new demo room.
• Delivery service is available for those purchases you can't get home yourselves.
• We have a proffesional install team ready to make it easy for you to get your system up and running.
• We also have fully wired or wireless multi-room systems so you can enjoy music all round your house.

MEET THE TEAM

Adam, Store Manager
With an impressive 15 years of service, Adam has made his way steadily up the ladder from runner to manager. During this time he has seen the arrival in our stores of 3D and Smart TVs, as well as multi-room and wireless streaming technology - a big change from our days of selling purely hi-fi equipment! Being a fanatical music listener, you can often find Adam hanging around jazz cellars and drum & bass arenas. Also a talented golfer with an impressive handicap of just 2, he is an all-round nice guy (just don't mess up his hair!).
Tony, Deputy Manager
Full of enthusiasm and boiling over with excitement, Tony has been with the company for just over 6 months. But don't be worried about his lack of knowledge as, having previously worked as an installer, Tony can wire up 33 rooms for Sonos blindfolded. When Tony isn't working you can find him hacking round a golf course trying to achieve his manager's handicap of 2!
JT, Sales Advisor
We regard JT as our technological genius. He has shown us a wealth of knowledge in all areas of our business, from the benefits of good quality interconnects through to how to use his dongle correctly. He prides himself on his fantastic customer service skills and will always go the extra mile to make sure his customers leave happy. We are a bit concerned with the amount of time he spends on his Xbox and you shouldn't be surprised if you find him sitting in our demo room in his pants playing Call of Duty!
Stuart, Trainee Sales Advisor
Stuart is the newest member of our team. With a thirst for technical knowledge, Stuart often has his head buried in What Hi-Fi? magazine or even our own website. He's also a passionate music listener and film buff. In the past he has worked with computers so if networking a TV screen is what you wish to do, he is your oracle. A very proud man when it comes to his sandwiches.
Connor, Stockroom Controller
Connor may be the youngest member of the team but don't be fooled. With his huge muscles and bulging biceps Connor will be more than happy to carry your 100" screen out to your van. An obvious stock controller, any branch would benefit with the ease of speedy deliveries. We're just waiting for him to enter the World's Strongest Man competition.
