Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Exeter!

We pride ourselves on making every customer feel welcome! We'll provide you with a hot or cold drink and give you a bit of space to take in the shops atmosphere and/or pamper to your every need.

Shopping at Richer Sounds Exeter is a unique experience which will make you satisfied that you have left the store with all your needs fulfilled and your questions answered. The colleagues are well trained in all audio/visual equipment including custom multi-room systems, we will try our up-most to answer any questions you might have, if we don't know the answer then we will endeavour to find out. We can offer installation if you need it, to further the after sales experience. This kind of shopping experience you can only get from a matured and knowledgeable company such as Richer sounds Exeter. We genuinely enjoy our work, so expect smiles all round from us and we hope them from you too.

Our Demo Room We have just had a massive refit, which means from being one of the smallest stores, we are now one of the biggest Richer sounds stores in the country. We have a huge selection of TV / AV & Hi-Fi on display for you to view and play with. We have one of the most spacious and well equipped demo rooms, so you are welcome to bring in your music on CD/Vinyl or i-pod, but please call prior to your arrival if you would like to avoid any disappointments.

Our store is located at the very top of Sidwell Street on the Black Boy Roundabout, 150 yards up from the Odeon cinema. We are a five minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from Exeter central train station.

There is limited secure parking to the rear of the store, but if the car park is full, there is ample parking in one of two car parks; the closest is situated on the opposite side of the roundabout to the store (1 min away). If there are no spaces there, then you can try the King William car park, which is half way between us and Debenhams on Sidwell Street (3 mins away).

Mark, Store Manager
Mark's been with us for a few years, he originally came up from the Plymouth store, luckily he's joined us and he's been in the company for 8 years, so knows everything. A right little dynamo, always on the go and as keen as mustard. Being the manager means he's always in touch with what's new in our product ranges, always ready to sort out customers, what more could you want?
Dan, Deputy Manager
Dan's been with us for a long time, very serious about his level of knowledge on products. He's our resident part time installer, so will be able to help with any problems you have, when it comes to in house systems. He's also got crazy hair, which whenever he gets a hair cut always looks the same, amazing.
Steve, Sales Consultant
Steve has oodles of hi-fi/AV knowledge, and is oozing with info to help you get the best from your system. He's a smooth talking charmer who'll ensure your visit to us is a real pleasure.
Jamie, Sales Consultant
Jamie has recently returned to the Exeter store after a year travelling the world. His energy and charm made it an easy choice to bring him back to the fold. His knowledge of hi-fi is huge coupled with his love of music which he enjoys passing on to others with enthusiasm and detail. So for all your hi fi or home entertainment wishes, Jamie's always happy to help.
Tim, Sales Advisor
The tall man, looks a bit like a famous England football player, a bit like an Ent form Lord of the Rings. He been on and off selling electronics for 5 years, which means he's up to date on pretty much everything. He's a friendly guy, always smiling and has amazing customer service. He also used to manage a pub, so don't be surprised if out of habit he shouts last orders at the end of the day.

Andrew is the newest member of our team but has the technical knowledge as if he had been working for us for years. With his love of music and eagerness to learn about new products, Andrew's here for all your HiFi and home cinema needs. He's a real happy chappy and does his upmost to help so if your looking to buy, or just need some advise, then he's your main man.

Ben's been working here for long time, he went to Thailand for a couple of years and luckily for us he's back! His technical knowledge is second to none, a real asset. Hopefully you'll get a chance to talk to him whilst he's flying around the store sorting out our stock.
