  Dean, Store Manager

  Dean has been with the company for over eight years. He's the one you'll often find in the hi-fi section purring over the Cambridge Azur range or harping on about how much better his hi-fi is compared to Axel's. A great lad, super-fantastically knowledgeable and always happy to help. What more could you want?

  Shaun, Deputy Manager

  Shaun's enthusiasm and knowledge of hi-fi and home cinema is quite scary, so if you like to talk about moving magnet and moving coil phono stages for hours on end Shaun's your boy, resembling a member of Sheffield band "The Arctic Monkeys" he can never be said to be a "Mardy Bum" (see what I did?), he's also a qualified chef, so why not come down to let him cook you up a cracking deal.

  Jodie, Sales Consultant

  We worry about Jodie. He knows far more than is healthy about AV and hi-fi. After over 9 years with Richer Sounds and a lifetime playing with all things electrical (including a stint as a DJ) Jodie is the stores technical expert, so if its advice and a great deal that you are looking for, Jodie is your man!

  Liam, Sales Advisor

  Quiet but assured Liam is the baby of the Hull Store, but he's certainly no dummy (wow I'm good). Having just returned from Canada after completing a Recording Arts Qualification Liam knows his stuff. Be warned though he makes the worst cup of tea in the store. He's a big football fan even though he supports Hull City. Rumour has it that in his spare time there's nothing he likes doing more than wearing knee high socks while playing air guitar and singing at the top of his voice "who needs Mourinho we've got Phil Brownio" - honest!

  Will, Sales Advisor

  His chin may be stubbly, but Will's customer service is smoother than a baby's bottom. When he's not dishing out advice on Blu-ray and surround sound, Will can usually be found playing trumpet with a number of very different local bands and producers, so whatever style of music you're into he'll be able to demo a hi-fi setup to suit your needs.

  Towering over most customers at just under 9 feet tall, home cinema nut Paul could probably install those in-ceiling speakers you've always wanted without the need for a step ladder. Add this to his enthusiasm for home cinema and online gaming and his endless outpouring of practical hints and tips, and you have the makings of a fantastic customer service experience.

  Axel, Stockroom Controller

  Having two Richer Sounds employees as older brothers, Axel has a fair wodge of knowledge at his disposal. After an intensive spell at clown college, Axel is an accomplished juggler, so you know when he fetches a box from the top shelf that it will be in safe hands. He is also Mordaunt-Short's biggest fan, just mention Mezzo's to him and you'll see what I mean..
