AN INTRODUCTION TO THE LONDON BRIDGE STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds London Bridge!
Our store was the first to be opened way back in 1978 and we are still here over 30 years later! Our shop is in the Guinness Book of World Records for the highest sales per square foot - a record of which we are very proud and hold dear to our hearts.

We are one of the most diverse and friendly teams in our company and you can trust us to steer you straight to the best deal for you and your family.  Customer service is our company’s main goal and we hope to make your visit an enjoyable one.

Directions:
We are located only 2 minutes walk from London Bridge station and close to many of London’s leading tourist attractions including the London Experience (just above), the London Dungeon, Vinopolis, The Shard and Borough Market.

To get to the store from the train station, take the exit at the bus terminus and turn right. Walk for 50 yards and turn right onto London Bridge walk, which is through the white arches. The store is located at the end of the walkway, next to Colechurch House.
If you are coming by tube take the Northern Line exit, which will bring you out onto Tooley Street, and then go left towards London Bridge.
From street level, we are upstairs, above Evans Cycles on the corner of London Bridge and Duke Street Hill.
Or if you’re coming by bus, this area is served by a huge number of routes going to and from all parts of London, including the City, South London and the West End.

In-Store Demonstrations:
Our store has a wide range of TVs on display from top manufacturers such as Panasonic, Samsung, Philips and LG, all playing the latest blockbusters on Blu-ray and SKY HD. We can also happily demonstrate 3D and Smart/Internet TV if this is what you’re interested in.  We only ask that you bring yourself and a large bag of popcorn for sharing!

Please also ask one of our sales colleagues to demonstrate the importance of sound with one of our soundbars or wired-up home cinema or hi-fi systems.  Sound is as equally important as picture and you will sometimes find that wafer-thin flat panel TVs do struggle to reproduce good quality audio. This is due to the small size of the speakers integrated into these aesthetically pleasing TV sets. Please do remember to claim your free cotton wool earbuds though if you cannot hear the difference between the improvements of a home cinema system compared to a TV’s own speakers!

However, the best experience of shopping at our store is a Sonos demo - the award-winning multi-room music system. We have both their single speaker system on display and also their ZP90 module that can be hooked up to your existing audio system.

Lastly we also have a wide range of iPod docks, multimedia speakers for computers and headphones to demo from market leaders such as Bose, Arcam and Sennheiser. Simply bring your iPod, MP3 player or smartphone to listen to your favourite tunes.

Home Delivery:
Another benefit of shopping at the London Bridge store is our home delivery service which allows us to deliver your eagerly anticipated goods straight to your door on a day suitable to you without you lifting a finger, or we can even deliver on the same day for certain products. Please do not hesitate to ask one of the colleagues about this service - we have an excellent relationship with a major private taxi firm in London and can usually get a courier to take your purchases home at a very competitive price.
If you wish to take your brand new purchase home straight away, one of our colleagues will gladly help you to the taxi rank.

Installation:
Finally, if you have got your goods home and you want a professional at-home installation we can provide you with an AV installer who can carry out the work at a reasonable rate - from wallmounting your new telly to setting up a multi-room system such as Sonos or Cambridge Audio’s Incognito.
