AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CHELSEA STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Chelsea!

The Chelsea branch is located in Londons trendy Fulham Road opposite the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. It is one of the busiest and largest of the London branches. We are the High Definition TV, home cinema and hi-fi experts with over 40 flat screens on screen display, as well as a fully wired High Definition home cinema and hi-fi demonstration room.

The staff are fanatical about all things audio visual, all being hand picked for having a keen appreciation of new technologies as well as being steeped in our hi-fi roots.

We also offer a full installation service if required, please ask for details.

Parking is available in the Chelsea and Westminster hospital and on parking meters on nearby side streets. At weekends customers may park on the single red lines on nearby Redcliffe Gardens and Edith Grove.

Russell, Manager
With more than 20 years experience in the fast moving world of audiovisual electronics and more than 10 with Richer Sounds, Russell can advise you whether you require anything from a TV for the kitchen to a complete multi-room home installation and all that is in-between. Pop along to the store or give him a call to chat about you requirements.
Mike, Deputy Manager
Mike has been with Richer Sounds for five years and has worked in associated industries for twelve years prior to joining us, which has given him an encyclopedic knowledge of all things electrical. He is a very can do type of guy.
Robin, Sales Consultant
Robin has over 10 years experience with Richer Sounds and is always up to speed with the specifications of all that is latest and greatest in the world of audiovisual and hi-fi. Why not pop down to the store and share his encyclopaedic knowledge of digital doohickeys!
Marvin, Sales Consultant
Marvin is in his seventh year with Richer Sounds and he classes himself a technical guru. A family guy who loves his football, he can often be seen propped in front of his big LCD TV crying into his beer as his team loses again, any advice you need with your TV or AV set up then Marvellous Marvin is your man.
Bekim, Sales Consultant
Bekim is our resident DJ and expert in all things music. He hails from Slovenia and currently uses his mighty knowledge to inform and assist customers with any query that they can throw at him. His extensive experience in the DJ'ing field means that he is extremely adept at helping customers with their audio questions.
Anthony, Sales Consultant
Anthony is fortunate to have family within Richer Sounds so he has been trained to high standards. This man knows absolutely everything about every product that Richer Sounds stocks, he is by far one of the most technical geeks in the company, perfect for all the customers who need specification explaining into modern English. Anthony is one of our multi room specialists so feel free to test his knowledge and let him tailor any product to your needs.
Jules, Sales Advisor
Julian has progressed up the ladder here at Richer Sounds Chelsea. His charming and friendly demeanour means you can ask him about any subject you like, from the latest HD TV's to Home Cinema systems. We like to think he is the best dancer in the store, so be sure to challenge him to a dance-off when you visit the store.
Shaun, Sales Advisor
Shaun brings great enthusiasm as well as outstanding product knowledge to our team. Another of our avid Chelsea fans, he will be happy to talk you through Blu-Ray, LCD, Plasma and everything in-between.
Val, Stockroom Controller
Val has clocked up 20 years with Richer Sounds and is still going strong. We affectionately call him Penfold and he seems to possess the key to eternal youth (although he won't share it with us!) Val's vast experience means he can turn his hand to anything whether it be hi-fi, home cinema or TV. This retired DJ will also amaze you with his encyclopaedic knowledge of rare groove and Soul records, just not on a Monday morning.
