AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR FLAG SHIP STORE IN THE CITY AND ITS STAFF

We are now settled in our lovely new location, just round the corner from Liverpool Street Station. The area has loads to see and do with Spitalfields and Petticoat Lane markets just around the corner. We're more than happy to look after your store purchases while you browse these well known attractions. The shop is manned by one of most diverse and experienced teams around, with over 40 combined years of service between us. The atmosphere is always friendly, so pop in for a coffee or tea and a chat, we're always happy to help!

We have the perfect setting to view all the latest technology including full high definition television and Blu-ray (ask for more details in-store). What's more we can offer a full ‘at home’ spec out and installation service for all aspects of your purchase including multi room audio and visual for the full solution. Mike, Store Manager
Emitting diodes, watts per channel, resistance of speakers! Mike is the original hi-fi/AV geek. He loves to chat about specs, but as we are not an optician, I think he should stick to hi-fi! P.S. He likes to make people very happy!
Joel, Deputy Manager
With over a decade of experience with Richer Sounds, Joel is your guide to a dramatic and exciting improvement to a family home or business environment. He joined the company at 16 as a Saturday boy. His experience with us has taught him a wealth of knowledge on home entertainment, but having worked in every department within; he is the supreme company man. There are few definitions Joel can't define. Joel being our biggest customer knows what customers expect. This explains why his customer service is second to none. Why not invite him round for a home consultation. No need for coffee, he gets his hits out of speakers, In fact he wants to be buried in one.
Robin, Sales Consultant
Robin is one of the craziest salesmen you will ever meet, he combines X-file weirdness with the skill of Master Yoda. He tries to act like Superman but unlike this superhero he speaks faster then a speeding bullet and is louder than a locomotive. However all the colleagues agree that he is good for store morale and for customers he's a bit like a bottle of cod liver oil, but without the bitter after taste!
Logan, Sales Consultant
Logan has been with Richer Sounds for 13 years and is a big jazz and blues connoisseur. He plays the saxophone and is hoping to be Richer Sounds answer to John Coltrane. He always gives the best customers service and is very knowledgeable in all things hi-fi and AV.
Alfie, Sales Consultant
When our dear Alfie isn't busy mixing up a storm in the clubs around London, you'll find him here, sharing his love and knowledge of hi-fi with customers and staff alike. If you need to know anything from AV amps to CD recorders, as long as it's part of a sound process, talk to him and be blown over by his enthusiasm! Alfie is also our resident Yamaha expert and will gladly wave his certificate to prove it. Just don't ask to borrow a DVD!
Russell, Sales Consultant
Russell is the resident gamester in the store and knows more about games and computer then Mr. Kipling's knows about muffins. Another passion of Russell is Star Wars and he's an avid follower of the upcoming Jedi religion. Although small in stature Russell has a big heart and is always looking to help anyone. Come in and see him if you want a great deal.
Leon, Sales Consultant
There is always one with their ear to the street, this is him! Nicknamed 'Huggy Bear' - for reasons only known to himself! Leon will bend over backwards to help you make the right decisions, so come put him to the test!
Colin, Sales Advisor
Colin can advise you on the latest or coolest film to watch on your new Blu-ray, Hi-Def TV and awesome home surround system, as his personal DVD collection extends into the thousands. He even has a history of directing films. If you are looking to make a new purchase Colin will help you all the way.
Sam, Stockroom Controller
Sam is our in-house trained executive managing director of the stock-room. He lives in Angel, but he is far from one. He loves MySpace, his girl friend, x-box, girls hair-bands and vegetables - NOT MEAT! He denies it, but one day he will realise he is a hippy. He is always happy to assist the salesmen making sure they give the best service they can. A credit to the team!
