We are one of the shinier, newer Richer Sounds stores based in Southgate high street (opposite Block Buster just behind the underground station). Whether it is a home install, a TV for the bathroom, an i-Pod speaker system, shelter from the typical British weather, a shoulder to cry on or just information, we are more than happy to help. With over 25 years experience between us, we have some 'older' veterans and some fresh faced colleagues that would be delighted to give any advice you require.

Home visits
Have you always fancied a new home cinema system or hifi which will blow your mind while you watch movie blockbusters, enjoy the soaps, or even listen to your favourite music? Maybe you would like a sing along while in the bath? Well give us a call and we will be happy to arrange a home visit from one of our knowledgeable & friendly team to make your dreams come true.

Home delivery
Don’t have transport, or want to lug your new 60” screen home on the push bike, bus or train? Just ask about our brisk home delivery service.

Free parking
We have parking right outside our store. If this is full, there is an NCP just over the road and we will happily pay parking for our genuine Richer Sounds customer, just ask about details in-store or give us a ring.

Wireless/ Multi-room
Always been interested in a multi-room system? Then come down to our store, or arrange a visit. We have a 4 zone system running in-store to show you what we have available. It will blow your mind away!

Exit from the tube station, turn right, follow the road round and you will see us in front of you.

When driving from the North Circular (A406) the shop will be on your left hand side just before reaching the main roundabout.

When driving from Enfield there are two routes you could take:

Route 1 would bring you along Winchmore Hill Road, where you will come up to the Southgate circus roundabout and take the second exit. You will then see us on the right hand side.

Route 2 will bring you along the ‘Bourne’, where you will come up to the Southgate circus roundabout and take the first exit. You will then see us on the right hand side
When driving from Cockfosters drive into Southgate using chase side road, when you come to Southgate circus roundabout take the third exit. You will then see us on the right hand side.

MEET THE TEAM

Lloyd, Store Manager
Long term 8 year veteran to the infamous hi-fi wars, Lloyd is the back bone of the store, with extensive knowledge of plasma, LCD, home cinema and hi-fi. Through the good and the bad episodes he has been the guiding light, almost as bright as the North Star. Or just the Hubble telescope when it hits the light reflacting of the gases of Mars. Lloyd has been experimenting with animals and hi-fi but to date still can't find the formula to create the hybrid integrated beaver amp and cd combi unit yet!
Mike aka MJ, Deputy Manager
Having worked in a number of our Richer Sounds stores, MJ is an old hand. Always smiling and full of enthusiasm, great customer service is always guaranteed. MJ is also our technical wizard so any complicated issues you have, he is your man. Into his music production as well he is especially an expert on our hi-fi equipment.
Stuart, Sales Consultant
Stuart has been at the store since it opened. He is normally found discussing speakers with customers and is happy to explain why your vinyl is far from redundant. If however you are looking to improve on your TV then he will also advise on how to get the best from your set up and discuss the advantages the Modern World has brought to our lives! He generally enjoys playing and listening to music, as long as it’s all analogue!
Aliki, Sales Consultant
Mild mannered Aliki can be found most nights frolicking in the wilderness chasing cats. When he is not doing this however you'll most likely find him recording and producing music or films and making noises for radio. As Aliki would say, "you can't get quicker than a quick fit fitter that's flame grilled to perfection" And I think we can all agree on that.
Tom, Sales Consultant
Tom has been with the company for nearly a year, not a long time but for what he lacks in experience he makes up for in his ability to work hard. He loves his music and enjoys movies, so whether it’s a hi-fi system or a flat screen T.V Tom’s your man. He’s friendly, enthusiastic, exceeds on customer service and thrives on customer satisfaction.
Chris, Sales Consultant
Chris joined the store late last year and is a firm believer of the saying 'go hard or go yard'. He will be happy to demonstrate any of our systems even if it means breaking his back in order to do so. He has a kind heart and a big smile and always willing to help. If you are able to beat his Invader top score on the LG 42LD790 he might just give you the grand prize of a free lollipop.
Luke, Sales Consultant
Luke started at the store in late 2009. This cheerful local lad with a degree in Audio Technology is happy to explain anything about sound, including seperate hi-fi systems and home cinema systems. A self confessed sound obsessive, Luke has designed and built his own loudspeakers, so he has a great knowledge of how they work and why getting the right speaker makes such a difference and can increase the enjoyment of your music collection dramatically. A generally happy chappy who will guide you through our technological wonderland to your purchase!
