  Colin joins our team in Swiss Cottage sharing his love and knowledge of the music world - which is good - as we sell hi-fi! His winning smile will be sure to charm everyone up and down the High Street!

  Claudia, Deputy Manager

  As one of Brazil’s finest exports, Claudia comes equipped with a wealth of knowledge and an unforgettable smile. She has a passion for music so it's no surprise that that her knowledge in this department will certainly surpass all your expectations. Claudia is no stranger to home theatre either; her own system is regularly abused with her collection of Take That concerts! As a real life Rosetta Stone, Claudia will be able to advise you in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German so watch out for this girl!

  An old hand in more ways then one but still very sprightly with all the cycling he does to and from work. Known for his problem solving abilities he is always willing to help and always goes out of his way to provide the best service in store.

  Always looking fresh and loved by the locals, Matt is the baby of the team but don’t let his boy band looks deceive you because he can’t sing and dance but he does have a wealth of knowledge about Hi-fi, Av and Tv’s. Pop in and ask him anything and he will more than pleased to help you.

  A prize for any one who can pronounce his name correctly (Atdhe). He is our resident sound engineer and always loves a challenge so feel free to interrogate him on all his Hi-fi, Av and Tv knowledge he keeps stored in his 8gb built in memory (due to be upgraded soon). When you wander in, you’ll find him wearing a smile and waiting to please you.

  Emily, Trainee Sales Advisor

  As the latest addition to the already very friendly Swiss Cottage team, Emily is a breath of fresh air to us all. To add to that, with every breath she takes, out comes a rainbow of hi-fi and TV knowledge. She is yet to be seen without a smile and gives 100% to ensure that anyone leaving the store (customers and staff) leaves just as happy.

  Kojo, Stockroom Controller

  Meet Kojo, born in Ghana and is known as the African lion (he is a kitten really). He is a great asset to the Swiss team, not only does he help the team move the heaviest of boxes down in the stock room and keep things organised, he is also fluent in French which comes in handy from time to time. If while you are in the store you happen to come across Kojo, do feel free to ask him loads of technical questions, because the answer you get will indeed be a technical one.
