  Our resident Lionel Richie look-a-like. Niall is the Wikipedia of TV screens in Swiss Cottage, and always has his finger on the pulse with new technology. Look out for his beaming smile!

  Leon, Deputy Manager

  Ladies man Leon is as smooth as a bar of Galaxy and as strong as a truck load of Andrex. When he's not in the gym perfecting his body, Leon is busy perfecting his customer service skill, honing his talents to give you the ultimate shopping experience.

  Henry, Sales Consultant

  An old hand in more ways then one but still very sprightly with all the cycling he does to and from work. Known for his problem solving abilities he is always willing to help and always goes out of his way to provide the best service in store.

  As the latest addition to the already very friendly Swiss Cottage team, Emily is a breath of fresh air to us all. To add to that, with every breath she takes, out comes a rainbow of hi-fi and TV knowledge. She is yet to be seen without a smile and gives 100% to ensure that anyone leaving the store (customers and staff) leaves just as happy.

  Originally from our Bromley store Richard decided to move on to pastures new and moved to Swiss Cottage. He has tonnes of experience and knowledge on how to offer the best customer service and hi-fi and if he were Star War's character he would be Yoda. He also enjoys music especially old school reggae and still DJs at various events in London. A family man, Richard is a great asset to the team and his knowledge and experience would out shine the renaissance of Liverpool under King Kenny's management. Ask for Richard when you pop into the store.

  Wow, the day seems to run so much smoother when Josh is on shift, because he is the most organised sales consultant we've ever had at Swiss Cottage. Whoever said that men can’t multi-task, definitely wasn’t talking about this guy. It took Josh many pages of reviews and spec sheets to decide upon the right projector for him, so if you’re looking for a projector then this is the guy to see.

  Have I seen him in something? That's the question that will cross your mind when you are served by Raju. We will keep you all guessing if he is famous but you can ask him when you come in. He enjoys partying, dancing and all things loud and he has taken Robin's crown on been the loudest guy in the company. He also loves football and dreams of restoring Arsenal FC to cup glory in Europe. Raju has even tried sending the famous Richer Sounds mug to the Arsenal, but Arsenal returned it with a note stating Jenine had already sent one in 2008. If you want a bargain or enjoy a chat then just say 5 simple words - "Can I speak to Raju?"
