  Ben, Store Manager

  Watch this one, he looks innocent on the outside but inside he is a complex bank of electrical specifications and manuals! With over 6 years of Richer info inside he will not let you down we think he is the 'daddy'. (If you need to know differences between plasma screens and LCD and what's hot and what's not, this is the man to see.) His main aim is to send you away with the products that are best for you and a smile on your face.

  Jason, Deputy Manager

  Jason has moved up the Richer Sounds ranks quickly and enjoys soaking up product specifications like a sponge. He has plenty of business and retail experience. His wife has a flower shop, hence why we call him "Petal". He is a strapping lad so if you need help to your car he may offer to give you a lift as well.

  Andy, Sales Consultant

  Andy brings with him a wealth of customer service attributes, having managed pubs, clubs and restaurants for over 15 years. He's getting on a bit now and is hoping that working days will be easier on his skin and sanity! (Little does he know how busy we are!) He has a good knowledge of hi-fi and sound equipment but is keen to extend his flat panel and AV knowledge with us. So, if the answers are available, Andy will certainly find them for you!

  He's young and enthusiastic and although his knowledge is still growing in hi-fi, Sam's love of films and games makes him more than capable of taking care of your TV and home cinema needs.

  Jamie, Sales Consultant

  Jamie is our resident hi-fi enthusiast who has travelled the world but can't keep away from the charms of Richer Sounds. He's only with us at weekends whilst chasing dreams of curing the world of disease, but as he's here feel free to quiz him about all things musical!

  Guido, Sales Consultant

  Guido is a valued member of the team. Capable of looking after in depth technical enquiries, his knowledge of the trade is exponential and having just finished a degree in astrophysics he is more than happy to answer any questions about the known universe.

  Osker, Sales Consultant

  Osker joins us from the retail industry and has a fresh and keen approach to hifi and home cinema. He is currently absorbing knowledge like a sponge, so feel free to challenge him, as he will always find the answer! He is also a musician so asking for a demo of your dream hi-fi is something he is keen to do, but please bring your own CDs otherwise he will just plug his own stuff!

  We found Dave hanging around the speaker section of our shop just after the last viking invasion! He has been with us ever since. Front man of local heavy metal band Silas and a keen Phil Collins fan, Dave was experienced in all the right areas before he started his career with us! Keen to help with all your needs, be they TV, home cinema or hi-fi, Dave regards himself as the man to see, should you ever pop down for a coffee. Or a cup of tea!

  With a list of hobbies that range from: writing, food, gaming, hardcore partying and more food, Damian is exactly what he is in store as he is out; an all-rounder! Knowing a bit of everything (or so he likes to think!), ‘Damo' will try and fill you in on anything you might need to know from the latest TV perfect for your newest games, to how a Sonos system works! And if you manage to find something he's not quite sure on, he's more than happy to help find out for you!

  Just like his fellow Timelords Rob can be tested on his wealth of technological expertise and know-how. Although he knows the difference between LCD and plasma his true interest is with hi-fi with a musical taste that lurches violently from Vittorio Grigollo to The Prodigy to Don Williams to Led Zeppelin!
