  Pete, Store Manager

  Cheeky-chappy Pete has been with us for over 10 years now and there is nothing he won’t do to make our customers happy! A jack of all trades, you can count on Pete to give you the best up-to-the-minute advice on all your home entertainment needs – whether its a TV for the bedroom or a hi-fi for the shed, you can rely on Pete to help you through your purchase with a huge grin – and he makes a great cup of tea as well.

  Paul, Deputy Manager

  Long Tall Paul is a gentle giant of a man, easily capable of lifting a plasma screen in one hand, pausing only to laugh at puny mortals as he does so. He can often be seen with a drill in hand as he pursues his never-ending quest of improving the Middlesbrough branch until it becomes the ultimate Richer Sounds store. He has quiet, simple tastes and his set-up at home reflects this, prizing quality over volume. His knowledge of hi-fi, home cinema and TV, however, far outstrips these bounds, making Paul an unbeatable source of product information and a veritable fountain of excellent customer service!

  Stuart, Admin Manager/Sales Consultant

  Wise beyond his years, Stuart is the youngest member of our team, but fear not, he has already lived his life to the full and experienced the glitz and the glamour of the karaoke scene. Drawn to the bright lights like a moth to a bulb, Stuart performed all the hits in all the top spots and has, over the space of a year, methodically worked his way through the entire catalogue from Abba to ZZ Top. Now that his quest is complete he can be found patrolling the shop floor, waiting to do his bit to make sure you leave us with a smile on your face and the product of your choice.

  Chris, Sales Consultant

  Chris recently returned to Richer Sounds after a two year career in the health care system. He has recently spent a little time in the Newcastle store but he has now returned to his roots here in Middlesbrough. Outside of Richer Sounds, he is a keen photographer and designer and he says his favourite film is True Romance, but he also loves anything geeky like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. One of Chris' strongest attributes is that he loves to help people out and will always go a million miles out of his way to give customers the best possible experience when visiting Richer Sounds. Also, if you do pop down to the store, ask him about his Olympic medal.

  Rachel, Sales Consultant

  Our Rachel is well up on the whole techy side of the business and in love with massive TVs. She is a well-established member of the store's A-Team. She can carry over five times her miniscule body weight and is also a retired Destruction Derby race driver. Bringing a happy sunny atmosphere with her wherever she goes and a touch of class to the branch, Rachel is always going to be a safe bet to help you out!

  Rick has the lot - from a 50” TV and a projector through to thousands of pounds worth of AV equipment. Furthermore he upgrades it all so often that, chances are, he will have owned whatever you are buying! He is our man for techy information. He will always be ready to help you, whether you need information or help fixing a problem with your product. Give him a call, get his advice and he will astonish you with his technical know-how.
