AN INTRODUCTION TO THE PLYMOUTH STORE AND ITS STAFF
Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Plymouth!
We are situated in Exeter Street next to the Esso garage. We’ve a large range of plasma, LCD and an abundance of hi-fi and home cinema ranges. Our store has recently had a complete refit to accommodate our ever growing Plasma and LCD range. We’ve currently have over 30 flat screen panels on display, so please pop in, have a cup of tea or coffee and soak up the our unique atmosphere! Bring your pets, your kids and your mates. As a team, we like to believe that we can offer you the best, most accurate up to date advice on the all of the latest technologies out in the market place today, such as Hi Definition Plasma & LCD, DVD hard drive recorders and Multi-room systems.
Richer Sounds now has 9 spaces in the car park that is on the 1st left 100 yards past the shop. The spaces are all numbered with Richer Sounds logos and directions are on the shop wall as you drive up to the shop. There is also a large multi-storey car park located approximately 150 yards away. It’s underneath the large Staples store, which is on Charles Cross roundabout.
All in all, we have over 30 years combined experience in our field as well as 30 years of great service. We pride ourselves with the level of service we give, and we have a proven track record in doing so! If you’ve never owned a hi-fi or don’t know what a TV is, please don’t be put off. Our colleagues are always very willing to help no matter how much knowledge you do or don’t have.

Paul, Store ManagerPaul has a vast knowledge of many things including cars, boats, champagne, (did I mention hi-fi? Oops, I better, he's the boss!). Paul has been working within the realms of Richer Sounds for 11 years although he never admits he is old. But he's always up for some banter. So try your luck!

Tim, Deputy ManagerTim maintains he has the most knowledge, but we beg to differ. He is a familiar face around Plymouth. He keeps himself in touch with the music scene DJing in a few local pups and clubs! He is also huge on the karaoke circuit, so pop in and ask for a Celine Dion demonstration. Tim has been working in this store for 7 years, so one would hope he would have some knowledge - we all live in hope!

Ross Gunning, Admin ManagerRoss has had a meteoric rise through the ranks and this has seen him making the tea and dusting the floor, only joking Ross is one of the best colleagues that we have had the pleasure of working with. He has great knowledge in all things electronic and his service is second to none. Ross joined Richer Sounds after meeting Tony in last year’s years Mr Liskeard Competition. Rob, Sales AdvisorRob is our newest recruit and although he joined us only 2 months ago it feels like he’s been here for years (Yawn). Rob has been ultra quick to come up to speed and has shown us much promise. Although Rob lives a little outside Plymouth in the darkest depths of Cornwall, he is a bit of a local celebrity; He has won the Cornwall booker prize for outstanding charm in the hour of need. If you want to come and see for yourself please pop in, or alternately he can be seen this Saturday judging cabbages at the Cornwall fare.

Andy, Stockroom ControllerAndy has been working for Richersounds for a year know, so we thought it was about time we added his picture to the wall of fame. Andy’s main skills set is making tea and cleaning the boss’s car. Apart from that he keeps all of us ship shape and organised so that we have lots of goods ready to sell. He is hard working and a dedicated follower of fashion, just check out his hair cut. Nice!
