The charges are 20p/40p for a one/two hour (maximum) stay which we will be happy to reimburse you with upon the purchase of an item from our store, beware the lovely wardens though as they are very dilligent in their duties.
You might be lucky to see Stuart nowadays as he's been handpicked to oversee our nearby stores and make sure they're up to the Richer Sounds standard. However, if you do come across him, you'll be sure to enjoy his effervescent personality and incredible knowledge of all things Richer.
Rich is the driving force behind the shop, when Stuart is maintaining our neighbouring stores Rich is keeping ours in tip top form. Forgive him his fast paced style; he's just trying to make sure that everyone in the whole of Sheffield is getting the best deals for home entertainment. Ask Rich about flat screen televisions, he is the man who can!
With a striking resemblance to Robert Carlyle, you may think you've stumbled onto the set of "The Full Monty". However you've simply met indestructible Paul. Even though he has the unenviable job of keeping our books in order, he's certainly no bore and will make sure you get the best deal possible. If you're unsure about surround sound, Paul's your man.
Haydn is our most experienced sales colleague with more than 13 years under his belt. I suggest you make a journey to the store just to view his exquisite handwriting. The show is free and runs alongside Richer Sounds opening hours. Manuscript illuminating monks would be proud!
Andy has been with us for 5 years. His extensive knowledge of hi-fi comes from a great love of music. He can often be found playing in a local band and, if inebriated enough, trying his hand at the violin (cats will scream).
Although new to the company, Tom is a quick learner with plenty of retail experience and as with all of our colleagues here always eager to help as best he can.
One of these days I'm going to ask Robin a question he doesn't know the answer to. After three years of trying, his thorough and unrivalled knowledge of everything still amaze me. That's even before we get onto engineering! You may not see Robin but if you ever need anything repaired, he'll be the one to save the day.
