About…

As the 44th branch of the UK’s largest Independent Hi-fi, Home cinema and Flat Panel TV specialists, we pride ourselves on having over 23 years combined experience in the field.

Having one of the largest showrooms in the country allows us to display a huge range of products to cater for all budgets.
We are also blessed to have 5 parking spaces at the rear of the store. (if this is full we will gladly pay your parking – please call for details!)
Our Demo Room We also have one of the nicest demonstration rooms in the south-east with some of the best, mind-blowing products available; always set-up so you can just pop in and see what the difference really is! We can also demonstrate anything you may have your heart set on, by arrangement, so why not call us to book an appointment?!

We aim to keep all of our lines in stock, but due to popularity of the products themselves and our price, we cannot guarantee availability all day, every day. So if you have you heart set on a particular product, give us a tinkle first so we can put one by. Saves a wasted trip! However if we don’t have the item in-store we have a very quick home delivery service available also.

An Installation service is also fully operational from this branch; whether it be a simple tuning of your new TV to a bespoke multi-room system with no cables on show!
We can accommodate for every possible need!

Where?

You will find us on the St Johns Road (TN4 9NT) opposite the Nat West bank on the way to Southborough. If you coming from the town centre you’ll find us just a stones throw away from the Mount Ephraim and Grosvenor Road round-about, on the right.
From Southborough (A26) we are just passed the Arriva Bus Depot on the Left a few doors past our friends at Sevenoaks.
From the M25 Follow the A21 through Sevenoaks Weald and Hildenborough and join the A26 before you reach Tonbridge.

If you are coming on foot from the town just follow the hill up from the entrance of Royal Victoria Place and stay on the right. We are about a 4 minute walk.
From the train station take a left as you exit onto Mount Pleasant Road and follow the hill straight up for about 10 minutes. (you can also hop on a number 7, 218 or 402 bus from outside the station)

MEET THE TEAM

Danny, Store Manager
After travelling the globe for a year Danny has returned to the UK bringing international customer service skills back to his home town. He is now very settled with us and, like his travelling, will always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy! With a huge passion for music, Danny has great skills in choosing the right system for every genre (including 2 step - unfortunately!) He is also a keen karaoke singer and will always sing on request! (Remember the customer is always right, so he can't refuse!)
Malcolm, Deputy Manager
After living in the middle-east for over 12 years, it seems hard to shock this truly bubbly gentleman! Not even our amazing prices seem to phase him! He brings years of wisdom and charm to the Tunbridge Wells crew. He has found his feet now and every day brings the kind of enthusiasm that ensures you will leave the shop with either, some great advice, a fantastic new hi-fi or TV, or even a new friend! (Aargh!)
Ronnie, Sales Advisor
Our newest full time member, fresh out of his school tie into our fetching attire, Ronnie is loving every minute and with his fresh mind is absorbing gross amounts of technical know-how. Don't be fooled by his youth, he brings a sparkle of fun to the shop and is keen to impress everyone he meets!
Kai, Sales Advisor
Kai joins us from the Graphic design world, and as such has a keen eye for detail. He has a huge wealth of LCD LED/3D TV knowledge and if you need the perfect home cinema system anything from plug and play to streaming AV he is your man! He likes his gadgets and (arguably) is the first one to test them out when some newbie's hit the scene. Easy to find this guy as he is as tall as the undertaker (WWF) but far better looking, so don't be scared to say hello and ask him for his pick of the bunch!
Sam, Sales Advisor
If you live in the Maidstone area and commute to Tunbridge Wells everyday, you may see Sam on the train listening to one of his many pairs of headphones. Sam has a decade of customer service under his belt, being a multi-instrumentalist music is his passion with a variety of tastes from Rock to Hip Hop to Folk but definitely not Dub Step! Any questions about headphones he's the guy to ask as he owns pretty much every set we sell.
Zac, Sales Advisor
Zac originally joined us as a stockroom controller last Christmas but soon tired of lugging boxes around and joined the Sales force during the summer. Zac brings fresh-faced enthusiasm to the shop floor and can often be seen demonstrating Sonos as our very own, hands-on expert on the system. In his spare time Zac enjoys DJ-ing and is also frequently seen on an assault course, splattering enemies with paint and being generally fierce and scary.
Chris, Stockroom Controller
Chris is the man, whether he's keeping our stockrooms pristine or helping you to your car with your new 42" screen, he will always go out of his way to ensure his work is top notch! A real trooper and all round Mr Nice Guy! He might even make you a coffee… if you ask nicely!
