  Phil, Store Manager

  Phil has a whole wealth of knowledge having worked in a number of different industries. He loves films, music and games and knows the best ways of delivering them to you for the best price. Phil loves nothing more than being given a challenge so if you need your house or entertainment room sorting out then talk to him.

  Mark, Deputy Manager

  Mark is probably the most experienced colleague in the shop working a total of 6 years with sabbatical of about 9 months where he told us that studied to be a Shaolin Monk in the Himalayan foot hills. It was either that or he's watched Batman Begins way too many times. Mark is very knowledgeable and wise and when it comes to all things sound and vision head for him, if you want some first class advice. Just ignore him if he tells you "I'm Batman" in a growly voice!

  With 5 years of experience under his belt, Jamie knows his stuff when it comes to home entertainment. With one of the most pimped out bedrooms in the company it puts most demo rooms to shame, as he won’t compromise on quality. His expertise is getting the most for your money, so if you need a room or even a whole house kitting out talk to Jamie.

  Anca, Sales Consultant

  Romanian Born, Anca speaks better English than most of the other colleagues. She has spent many years in retail in the UK so she knows a thing or two about customer service. Although not the most experienced in home cinema or hi-fi when she started! Over her time, Anca has gained a large amount of knowledge and is now regarded as one of the most experienced members of the team. She loves to make sure you go away with a smile on your face and a bargain under your arm.

  Zahidul, Sales Consultant

  Zahidul is passionate about his films and makes sure he watches as many films as possible. His greatest passion though is football and supports his beloved Liverpool no matter what! He loves to make sure that your film and sport enjoyment is not spoilt by bad sound or picture, but he can't do much about how your team plays. So let him show you how to get the most out of the equipment you decide to go for, no matter what your budget is.

  Louis has had experience here at Watford and also at Southgate where he studied under the wise leadership of Lloyd before being dispatched to us for the busiest Christmas ever! Since getting to Watford he has really settled in and "Oh my days" is he hoping to make your audio/visual dreams come true!

  Lewis is the newest addition to the team. His real passion is motorbikes and Arsenal. He loves to watch films especially sci-fi, listening to music and wasting endless hours on his ps3 playing games.

  Paul, Trainee Sales Colleague

  Paul having just joined us one of our new additions to the team. Having worked as a carpenter for many years, he has decided to throw himself into the world of Richer Sounds. Give him a big hello and he'll sort you out with a bargain from us.

  Danny, Trainee Sales Advisor

  You won't see much of Danny as we only let him out on special occasions. One of which is when you buy something from us and you need it taking to your car. He will happily carry the item out for you with a smile but don't feed him after midnight or get him wet!

  Although to look at them you wouldn't believe it they are both brothers. They both posses very unique skills and will happily demonstrate them to you. Aden plays mean air guitar and Jim can do a Rubik cube faster than you can say bargain
