  Mark, Store Manager

  Apart from a short sabbatical of 9 months where Mark says he studied 1940s East European Folk dancing he has been with Richer Sounds for 6 years. In his spare time he likes to teach his beloved chicken Nora how to play the blues harmonica, and please don't try and tell him they don't have lips, he is a committed man! When he is in-store you will find him waxing lyrical about anything from hi-fi to AV, he is passionate about film and has a vast collection of weird Japanese cinema on DVD and Blu-ray. So come on down to the store and ask him anything tech related, just don't try and tell him Greedo shot first, he knows it was Han!

  Anca, Deputy Manager

  Romanian born, Anca speaks better English than most of the other colleagues. She has spent many years in retail in the UK so she knows a thing or two about customer service. Although not the most experienced in home cinema or hi-fi when she started! Over her time, Anca has gained a large amount of knowledge and is now regarded as one of the most experienced members of the team. She loves to make sure you go away with a smile on your face and a bargain under your arm.

  This is Heather's second stint with Richer Sounds, having over 10 years worth of experience. This new excursion with the company, sees her return with a wealth of knowledge and she can be trusted to make sure you are looked after properly. Some of you out there already know Heather as she is a Richer Sounds Watford legend with countless customers asking after her whilst she was away. So come on down and give her a warm welcome back and she'll make sure you fully loaded, with amazing deals.

  Coming from Watford, Chris is in his second spell with Richer Sounds and brings a fountain of knowledge to the team. Chris loves his beloved Arsenal so pop in and Chris will give you the best deals in town and tell you all the footie results at the same time.

  Although our newest member of the team! Tom boasts an extensive knowledge regarding sound and music. Having just gained a degree in music technology he want to see what he's made of. So put him to the test and see if all that education wasn't just an excuse to party. By letting him help you put together a fantastic quality and affordable sound system.

  Aden has worked his way up from runner to sales colleague and has Richer Sounds flowing through him like the Force! He has worked with most of the products for years in the stockrooms and has been able to have a play with them more than most, meaning he has wealth of knowledge. He also love Screamo and when played, has the incessant need to air guitar to his beloved music!

  Jim is dab hand at a Rubics cube, so if you have one bring it down and he'll solve it faster than you can say bargain. Thanks to this astounding puzzle solving ability (it is actually amazing!) he knows the best way to load even the smallest of vehicles with all of your goodies. Just don't make him perform any of his favoured past time parkour (free-running) or he may mess his ankle up again!

When not in the Watford store, Woody enjoys spending time folk dancing and swimming - although not at the same time, nothing worse than wet clogs!
