  Dylan, Store Manager

  Dylan is the big man of the shop, with respect to responsibility, knowledge and most definitely size, coming in at 6' 7". The tree man is the tallest man in the company, very easy to spot and is always eager to please. Whether it's hi-fi, TV or home cinema, with 5 years' experience under his belt, this all-rounder can help you with whatever problems you may have. Dylan holds no grudges and offers a 'giant' welcome to anybody wanting an exciting and rewarding shopping experience in our beautiful city centre shop.

  Matt, Deputy Manager

  Matt's in his 4th year of service and is the main man when it comes to home cinema so whether you're after a full blown 9.2 system that will make your ears bleed or just a way to make your TV sound a little bit better, Matt knows how to get you singing with satisfaction and coming back for more. If it's a deal you're after then Matt's the man to come and see.

  Chasing birds and butterflies into our world, James had had enough and wanted more. We know that having James here is best for everyone in the hope of quenching his thirst for customer service. Having a plethora of knowledge on all that is subwoofers and Blu-ray, come and bend his ear. A keen high flyer (literally), James is the man for a bargain. He makes a fine cuppa too! NOTE: No two James' are the same, celebrity voice impersonated.

  Les is the dad of the group and watches over everyone with a nurturing smile and a wink. He also loves his heavy metal so there are definitely two sides to this coin. Les is in his 3rd year, but with over 13 years in the electronics industry he's got a wealth of knowledge to share with anybody who's got the time to speak with the friendliest man on earth.

  Steve, also known as the special one, is a simple fellow. Give him a brew and some hi-end hi-fi and he'll sit there for hours (or at least until he finishes his tea). Steve is our hi-fi guru, with over 16 years in the industry, he has acquired more high quality hi-fi kit than you can imagine. If you need help with your turntable, don't know your balanced from your phonos or your pre and power from your integrated, then Steve is the man to see.

  Rich has got an appetite for extreme sports and often has the bruises to show for it. He's also one of the most laid-back guys you'll ever meet and loves reggae, but don't be fooled, he's not as laid-back when it comes to customer service - he's almost too happy to help. If you're after great service with a chilled-out attitude, Rich should be top of your list.

  James aka "Mario" is a Richer Sounds customer service machine. A fully qualified physiotherapist and fitness nut Mario is just the man to work you out a fantastic system.
