Four inputs, dual outputs
The MHUB U 4x1+1 takes four HDMI inputs, such as a TV set-top box, games console, Blu-ray player and computer and outputs them to two different zones. The first output is to your main TV, via HDMI. The second zone is connected via Ethernet – up to 40 metres away for a UHD 4K signal or 70 metres for a 1080p FHD signal.

Connect to your network via wi-fi
New to the MHUB U range is the ability to connect to your network via wi-fi. This makes it easier to place the MHUB, without it needing to be close to your network hub. If you prefer, connection to your hub via Ethernet cable is also possible. Once connected, it’s easy to control the system via your smartphone or voice operated system.

Supports HDMI 2.0 features up to 18Gbps
With its powerful 18Gbps support, this mini hub works with current HDMI 2.0 features. These include support for HDR and Dolby Vision video plus Dolby Atmos and DTS:X audio. It also supports Audio Return Channel (ARC).

Control via uControl app
The best way to control the MHUB is via the dedicated uControl app. Available for Apple iOS and Android, the app lets you take control of all your connected devices’ remote controls, over wi-fi. It’s the ultimate universal remote and can even be personalised by setting background images for each zone/room and light or dark themes.

Voice control
For voice control, simply link up with an Amazon Alexa device over wi-fi and command your MHUB by voice.

Or control it your way
With its RS232 and IR interface (IR cables included), the MHUB also fits many other home automation systems. Use the popular Control4 system to integrate with your home automation system.

Audio outputs
If you’re using a separate AV system or active speakers, you’ll appreciate the audio breakouts available for both zones. Both optical digital and analogue 3.5mm are covered, letting you output audio to a vast array of different systems – independently in either zone.

Discreet installation
About the size of a wi-fi hub, the MHUB U 4x1+1 fits in neatly. The supplied receiver, for the second zone, is even smaller. At just 140 x 65 x 17mm, it’s small enough to be fitted directly behind your TV or out of sight elsewhere.
