For the very best sound in your room, Arcam includes powerful room correcting technology from Dirac Research. This uses a microphone and dedicated software to take multiple readings around your room and feed the information back to the amplifier for a completely bespoke response (professional set-up recommended).

Bringing the cinema home, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X decoders provide truly immersive sound through ceiling or up-firing speakers. The Arcam AVR10 offers both systems, giving a 5.2.2 system with twin ceiling or up-firing speakers.

With processing for 7.2.4 channels, you can add a 4-channel power amp (or two stereo power amps) and not only double the ceiling speaker count but also add additional effect speakers – giving total sound immersion. For the best results, match with the Arcam PA410 power amp.

Available on selected Blu-ray discs and now on streaming platforms, such as Disney+, IMAX Enhanced is a guarantee of extended picture and sound. When used with a compatible TV, you see an expanded aspect ratio, delivering up to 26% more picture with selected scenes. In the case of this AVR, IMAX Enhanced works with partner DTS to reproduce IMAX’s signature sound. Expect a deeper bass and more dynamic sound for edge-of-seat sonic thrills.

Working with the wireless system, it lets you stream music directly from your device as well as servers or computers connected via UPnP (Universal Plug n’ Play). The latest version brings Internet Radio, Podcasts plus streaming from TIDAL and Qobuz. Advanced features, such as library searching, sorting, shuffle and repeat playback are also catered for.
Bluetooth for quick and easy connectivity
Perfect for parties and when friends are over, Bluetooth provides quick and easy, wireless connectivity for your guests’ smartphone. Simply pair the device and stream any audio from the smartphone or tablet. Bluetooth is also handy for areas of your home with patchy wi-fi or for periods of time when the Internet connection might be down.
