DIY kit – get handy with the screwdriver
For a cost-effective solution, this DIY speaker cable kit comes with 10 metres of pre-dressed Atlas Hyper Achromatic speaker cable and eight Z-plugs. Simply strip back the cables and fit the plugs using a small screwdriver. If you’ve ever fitted a mains plug then you’ll be just fine with this!
Beautifully balanced sound
For the purest, most natural sound, the Hyper Achromatic 3.5 uses very pure oxygen-free copper and a Teflon dielectric. These quality materials, and the way they're implemented, ensure a first rate sound quality. Over all, the sound quality is extremely well balanced, with a highly detailed, yet smooth, treble response and a deep, textured bass response.
Thicker gauge for powerful bass
The Hyper Achromatic 3.5 is over twice the thickness of the smaller 1.5 version. Comprising 72, 0.25mm strands, encapsulated within a PTFE Teflon coating and then an anti-vibration filler, the Hyper 3.5 delivers smooth, powerful dynamics that are a clear step-up on the smaller cable.
With flexible Z-plugs
The unique Z-plug design connects to both standard 4mm and BFA type sockets, making it a highly flexible connector. The gold-plated contacts offer a low resistance contact for the best sound quality.
Twin, 5m lengths – ideal for larger rooms
Supplied as two, pre-dressed 5 metre lengths, you simply need to strip back the inner cables. Five metre lengths are ideal for large rooms and for when your hi-fi or AV electronics are positioned to the side of the speakers rather than in between them.
