Upgrade your AVID Ingenium turntable, with this PSU upgrade kit.
Upgraded power supply
The first part of this turntable upgrade consists of the electronic power supply and twin drive belts from the Diva SP model. With a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) interface, motor speed is more precisely set. The power supply is calibrated to the motor, maximising torque and tuning out vibration. With the motor now optimised, you get a more dynamic sound with less background noise and enhanced transparency.
Isolated motor unit with twin belts
The second part of the upgrade is a revised motor unit. Housed within its own, solid steel casing, the high torque motor provides smooth and silent operation. This helps give your music the most accurate timing and it’s accurate timing that’s ultimately responsible for foot-tappingly good sound. The SP spec also features a twin-belt pulley system. Twin belts help improve the pitch stability, giving a more holographic sound and spacious soundstage.
