Ultra-low noise lets you hear more
Using the highest quality electronics, the AVID Pellar delivers ultra-low levels of background noise. This greatly reduces the ‘hiss’ you hear from phono inputs – especially as the volume increases. Less background noise means that fine, musical detail is easier to decipher, letting you hear passages of music that you might have missed before.
Suits MM, MC Low and MC High cartridges
Whatever cartridge your turntable uses, the Pellar delivers. From the box, the Pellar is set for MM (Moving Magnet). To adjust for a Low or High gain MC (Moving Coil) cartridge, simply switch the settings located underneath the casing.

Capacitance loading plugs on the rear of the case let you customise the resistance. This lets you optimise the phonostage for the precise make and model of cartridge you’re using, meaning you get to hear it at its very best.
