Great sound and grade A service
Really happy with the product. They connect to my phone every time i switch them on (I had bad experiences with Beats earphones, they just aren't compatible with android). The sound is great and they are comfortable to wear.
I ordered a couple of days before Christmas expecting to wait until the new year but richer sounds arranged delivery and they came on Christmas eve. Fantastic service. Very happy.

Poor quality finish
Received mine Christmas Day as a gift. Immediately noticed the poor finish on one of the headphones. Bad knurling and missing anodising.
Richer Sounds will be swapping these over! Merry Christmas

Great sound, lightweight, long battery life
Had these for two weeks and so far am very happy with them. They are very lightweight and therefore stay correctly placed in ear. For me, the cable length is ideal - not too long. The longer battery life (7.5hrs) means I only need to remember to charge about once a week. Sound quality is great though they aren’t the best isolators - may be worth opting for some foam tips. Carry case is included. Wireless has improved my daily commute hugely. Overall recommended.
