It shares the same reference-level sound quality, which considering it shares the 10 inch woofer from the Bowers & Wilkins 800 D4 model, comes as no surprise. You don’t have to have an 800 Series speaker system to experience the DB2D, however. Thanks to its high standard of precision and neutrality, its works well with all premium quality speaker systems.
