Bowers & Wilkins PX7 (Carbon Edition)
In celebration of its carbon-fibre structure, Bowers & Wilkins have launched a stylish new finish – the Carbon Edition. Reminiscent of earlier, classic Bowers & Wilkins headphones, the PX7 headphones have a timeless appeal to match their sound.
As the flagship headphones from the company that’s world-famous for its audio products, the PX7s sound something special. Custom-designed, 43.6mm drive units are developed and tuned by the same team behind the £22,500 Diamond 800 speakers used as reference speakers the world over. This means you get sensational levels of detail and realism that others simply gloss over. The larger, over ear size also gives them the power to impress.
Keep the outside world out, with adaptive noise cancellation
Making sure you hear every drop of detail from the high resolution drivers, ANC (Adaptive Noise Cancelling) ensures an inky dark background. Whether you’re at a busy station or terminal or travelling by train, plane or coach, adaptive noise cancelation measures the background and cancels it out – letting you concentrate on the music.
Sleek style – race-car inspired
Just like high performance motorsport cars and bikes, the PX7 uses woven carbon fibre composite components. These ultra-strong arms give the PX7 headphones the perfect combination of light weight and strength. They also come with a storage case for protection when not in use.
Extra-long battery life
With up to 30 hours battery life, the PX7s have enough juice for a flight from London to San Francisco and back, with time to spare. What’s more, this is with Bluetooth and ANC activated, so you don’t have to go wired and passive to get this battery life. If you’re in a hurry, just 15 minutes of charge is enough for five hours playback.
They might be packed with technology, but that doesn’t make the PX7s difficult to use. In fact, they’re amongst the most user-friendly headphones in their class. Rather than using an array of fiddly buttons, the PX7 uses intuition. Lift an ear pad to hear what’s around, for example, and the music automatically stops. Put it back and music plays on.
Hear just what you’ve been missing out on, with the Bowers & Wilkins PX7 Carbon Edition.
