A must have addition.
I bought the banana plugs on the advice of the shop staff. The plugs slip over the bared ends of the speaker cables. They not only look more aesthetically pleasing but provide a more secure way of attaching the cables to the speakers and amplifier. The cable ends are also protected more than if they are just put into the attachment holes. One word of warning which was given to me by the staff is to be very careful when tightening the screws on the plugs: they are very small and it is very easy to slip with the screwdriver and puncture your fingers..... as I found out!!
I would definitely recommend recommend the plugs.

Easy to assemble makes connecting cables a breeze
I brought this to help manage speaker connection and have to say once the plugs are put together, it makes connecting speakers very simple.
Plug assembly was very simple and the plug quality seems very good.
A bit of a luxury, but at that cost, worth it.

Excellent CD transport
This is a quality CD transport which I bought to go with my Quad Vena ll Play amplifier so am using the DAC in the amp. The unit is smooth and simple to use and has brought my CD’s to life. It sounds like a much more expensive unit and if you don’t need a CD player with built in DAC then this player is a must. Amazing value!

Look Brillant, easy fit, great sound

I was recommended these plugs to use with my new Cambridge CXA61 amplifier. Although a little nervous initially to attach to the speaker cable they were really extremely easy and fitted snugly to make a great contact. Would recommend these most highly.
