Silk dome tweeter for smooth top-end
Equipped with a 25mm EFS silk done tweeter, this Borea speaker produces a smooth yet detailed top-end response. This lets you hear fine detail without the sound becoming harsh or grainy – even at higher volume levels.
Dedicated mid-range for natural vocals
With a drive unit dedicated to the mid-range, the Borea BR08 locks on to movie dialogue and song vocalists alike. Made from natural cellulose paper, the driver is light enough to tease out every nuance of vocal detail – making it sound incredibly natural.

Heavenly sounds and beautiful looks!
I've had the BR08s for a few weeks now and they are still warming up. I read and watched a lot of reviews and sound tests before deciding on these. I was so convinced these were right for me that I bought them blind (I know, I know...). I have been hugely impressed. I have them set up with the matching Borea centre speaker and the sounds these push out from the Marantz AVR NR1504 (9yrs old!) is phenomenal. I may invest in a couple of CA Minx Min 12s as rears and then upgrade the AVR to a Marantz Cinema 70 or similar. The service from RS was excellent and they helped with a delay from Triangle, managing to secure next day delivery via a call. Totally impressed and happy the products and service. RS will receive my order for some Dali Oberons' and Marantz Cinema once I 100% commit - I know it is trouble free buying.

Very happy with the Borea BR08
Booked the sound room in Southampton to listen to some floor standing speakers, tried the triangle Borea BR08, then Monitor audio, then focal chora 816, both the last two sounded very bright to us so we moved onto the wharfdale EVE4.4 now I’ve read and viewed online regarding these speakers so I was looking forward to hearing them in the flesh! We were so disappointed they sounded dull and lifeless it was like the music was not in the same room, so we went back to the Borea BR08 and the sound was nicely rounded and not to bright very much like our old Mission 731i that these will be replacing after some 25 years (also from Richersounds Southampton) very happy with these (bought there display ones) so no running in.

Fantastic speakers
After reading multiple online reviews I decided to purchase these speakers online. Normally go into Richer Sounds in Liverpool as staff always very knowledgeable and give excellent advice but the online reviews sold them to me. Luckily Richer Sounds stocked them so was a no brainer. Excellent service from Richer Sounds as always and courier service was excellent. The speakers are awesome and extremely happy with my purchase and service from Richer Sounds. For the money I do not think there is a better 3 way floor stander out there at the moment. The sound these speakers produce for the money is outstanding. Have them paired with a Rotel A11 and and CD11 player.

The reviews are justified!
I bought these on the back of the reviews. Having wanted to go down the route of floorstanders for the first time, it was between these and the Dali Oberon 5, however the lack of bass put me off the Dali's and the Uniti Atom favours the more sensitive Triangles.
The speakers are still breaking in but already the sounds unveiled are giving me a new insight into well known tracks, details I'd never found before. The frequencies on offer are staggering, the bass is deep, rich but never overshadowing the mids and the highs, the tweeter throws out a really vibrant rounded top end, never harsh or brittle, just crisp, clear and with wide soundstage.
If I had to have a down side, I would say that the light oak I chose is not quite as natural looking as my monitor audio silver 100's, and with grills removed they are quite busy to look at, HOWEVER, this is more to do with my very woody interiors then it is to do with anything particularly to do with the design.
I love them and 100% recommend, as ever Richer Sounds Exeter came up trumps and I've shopped with RS for 30 years now, there really is no other place to buy them.

Banging sound
I bought the triangle BR08 about 2 weeks ago and paired it with the Marantz amp. I must say they are a pretty glorious match. The sound is immersive, crisp and the 3 way speaker system gives something that can only be achieved with a 3 way speaker system.

Wonderful detailed sound
Have had the speakers for 2 weeks now and am very pleased with the quality, power and detail of the sound. Myles did advise that they would need a largish room to sound their best, and in my conservatory they initially looked a bit ott. But we did a rearrange and they fill the room with wonderful detailed sound. In addition, although our Cambridge Amp is ten years old they all match up very well.

Fantastic Speakers
Bought in December and used over Xmas. Sound is superb and pairs with my system nicely.
Only gripe is the sudden 100 pound reduction just 2 weeks after I bought them. That's extremely frustrating.l and so affects my feeling of getting good value.
