Fantastic product!
I looked at reviews & answers & thought it would fit my requirements. Well what a fantastic piece of kit. I have a LG 65CX OLED & saw in the reviews about issues with the tv being hard wired. It’s not a big problem to nip the tv plug off & one of the connector options & wire/solder them together & heat shrink. Works a treat. Everything does what it is supposed to do. I saw in review about issue with tv going back to wall randomly & I too had this with Oled tv. If you take the time you will see that Vogel know about this & have it all taken care of in the app, so just download the app & sort it. It’s never been so easy to fix an issue that really isn’t an issue The installation is a breeze. I couldn’t believe it when I saw this square card “what is this for!?” OMG stick it on your wall & download the app & it shows you where & how your tv will look on the wall...... this is genius..... the bracket comes with an idiot proof template too, so it takes out the difficulty of locating holes & getting it level. You have done a great job Vogel’s!

Great for avoiding the sun
Bought this at the same time as my LG CX 55' and glad I did as during the mornings sunlight can reflect of the TV. So I am able to manouver the TV 30 degree's to avoid this. The way it can come away from the wall a good 70cm then swivel up to 120 degree's means I can also watch TV at the dining room table. Or if the sofa's are all occupied I can get the best viewing angle for everyone. I got a professional TV installer for £95 to install it glad I did as the TV cable is quite short for wall mounting. Can be manouvered with 2 fingers and cables are cleverly hidden inside the brushed chrome well oiled Cantilever arms. When pushed flush to the wall then TV is around 7cm which is amazing. Yes it's costly but will last you a lifetime.

Great. When It Works
The iPhone app connects to it most times, and the remote works about half the time. So it’s easier to just get up and move the TV.

I ordered this and was told two day delivery, which was fine. The next day I get an email saying it’s going to be delivered that day. What a lovely surprise. The bracket is amazing, can move the tv with 2 fingers and looks great. Would highly recommend the service from richer sounds

Great, when it works
Bought this for our LG65 OLED, easy to install, slight issue is the automatic motion. Sometimes it works, other time it will extend, but not return on tv powering off. Also, the power kit included is pointless, the TV is hardwired so the included adapters are pointless

Screws for Samsung QE49Q7 - Not Provided
Easy to mount with excellent instructions and video, only problem was that the M8 screws provided were not long enough, only 5 mm short for the Samsung QE49Q7FAM Smart TV and not easy to source had to use M8 bolts to do the job!
