Immaculate sound quality
I bought this a few weeks ago and these headphones are great, there’s so much customisation with the JBL app and the base boost features; every song can be played in many ways. The google assistant is useful too, don’t even need to take my phone out sometimes. Build quality is solid, the clamping force may be a bit too much at first but you’ll get used to it eventually. Can wear for hours with no issues.

Good sound but not good microphone
I bought 2 headphones of JBL but the microphone isn't working well, the sound is good. The microphone quality is pretty bad.

Excellent sound and deadening of external noise
I am reasonably happy with the headphones, but my one reservation concerns the weight of the product. It does take some getting used to, however they certainly are a snug fit.

Very good headphones, flaky app
I’m very happy with these headphones. They’re comfortable and produce very good sound. The noise cancellation is very effective. The only down side is the JBL Headphones app. It will connect and work fine initially, but it appears to set up a second Bluetooth device so that should you go back to it, you get a message saying there are too many devices connected. So the headphones are great, but avoid the app if you can

Great sound but faulty
I bought these about 2 months ago and they have done very well. They sound amazing, have great noise cancelling and battery life. The battery has lasted everywhere I have went without charge for a long time even with ANC on. If you aren't used to heavier headphones, be careful buying these because comparing them to lighter ones is quick a difference. If you are ok with heavier headphones, these are great and decently comfy. The headband does lack padding but its ok, it hasn't been unbearable to wear, and I have wore these for 8+ hours at a time. It did slightly hurt the inside of my ear from the cup pressing tightly, but that could be because I have adjusted them too small. They are solid and durable other than a small part that attaches the cup to the swizzley headband. A small piece has become loose and creaks and pops in and out of place when using the buttons on the side and when I walk or move. I will be returning the headphones for a replacement in warranty as they are really good, just the one faulty piece. Definitely recommend for the price, well worth the money!
