Very surprised...
Surprised by the all round capabilities of these little speakers. Bought originally as surrounds for a new AV system but quickly realised the have the power and sound quality to quality as main centre or left/right speakers when coupled with my CA subwoofer. Great product, highly recommended on value and quality.

Perfect for Atmos
Using 2 pairs of these (front height and rear top) and perfect with my AVR-X3600H. Light enough to secure in ceiling plasterboard (rear top) when using the M400 brackets (also available from RS). Have the front height as close to the ceiling as possible pointing at the MLP. Great value and sound for their size.

After another bout of research looking into additional speakers that will be great for our Dolby Atmos system as well as being as small as possible.
The Minx MIN12's were the perfect fit and when installed..... brilliant!
I can't believe how small these units are and the audio performance is superb.
The sound seems to eminate from the whole room making the front wall appear to be a huge sound bar!
I highly recommend these as Dolby Atmos height speakers.

Great sound
Great sound from a speaker so small. I use them as my surrounds and front presence speakers. I am very limited as to where I can mount my speakers; they're mounted about a meter higher than they should be and seem to be very forgiving. They're not as directional as other speakers I've had in the past which is perfect for me.

Great at getting wife approval
These replaced the larger Kef ‘eggs’ I was using for the rears. Considering these are much smaller the sound is pretty good. They also look stylish, which was important for our newly modelled living room.

Great sound and compact stylish looks
Bought these to go with a pair plus subwoofer I'd bought previously. The only downside is I realised after buying that my current speakers were Minx Min11 which look slightly different but are no longer available. As they so small and unobtrusive it's not really noticeable.

top satellite speakers
Getting the right balance of how my wife wants to decorate the lounge and fitting in my surround speakers was the key here. These speakers were rubik's cube sized and fitted perfectly on a small shelf behind the sofa. Looks were good (and discreet) and sound was excellent. Not much bass but the subwoofer does that. Everybody happy

Great Sound small package
Purchased a pair of these speakers for rear surround speakers as the ideal space for these is very tight, after having some excellent advice from the sales team at Richer Sounds the Cambridge MINX12's were chosen and after fitting them I couldn't be more impressed with the sound from these diminutive speakers and they fit the space perfectly, so thanks to Richer Sounds for honest advice.

Surprisingly beefy for small speakers
For reasons I won't bore you with, I needed to have smaller rear speakers in my 5.1.2 set up. These looked to be about the right size, though my expectations were not high on sound quality. I was mistaken. They can pack quite a punch when required. Though I would not consider them suitable for a front speaker position they are great for rear or side.
