The Balanced Mode Radiator (BMR) effect
Using a single BMR drive unit and an additional woofer, the MIN 22 speakers give pinpoint accuracy and burst with detail right up to high volume levels. BMR technology combines the advantages of both flat panel and conventional speakers, so unlike some small speakers, they won't turn harsh or brittle when the sound gets intense. With a dedicated woofer unit built-in, the MIN22 offers even greater dynamics and scale of sound over the smaller MIN12 model.

The best small footprint upgrade I could find
Sound quality is a big improvement despite the small footprint limiting the base range.
I was even able to reuse the existing mountings and so I could complete the installation in no time! However, not sold as a pair so relatively expensive compared its larger siblings.

Great Sound, Tiny Package
Bought this as a centre speaker for a small 5.1 surround system. Running Dali Oberon 1s on the front L&R and Cambridge Audio Minx MIN12 for the rears. Its got great room presence and deals with vocals and music with clarity and ease. Obviously it's a bit lacking in the low end due to its size but paired with some decent front speakers or a sub and the blend of frequencies is fantastic, feels like nothing is missing across the range.

Great little speakers
Not the first pair of minx speakers I’ve owned and all have been excellent. These will be used as rear surround speakers in a 7:1 setup. Ordered through telesales who were brilliant. Many thanks.

Good speakers, great service
I bought a set of five satellite speakers, to compliment a projector and sub-woofer, and provide cinema surround sound. It was my first move away from big floor-standers, so I was nervous of the sound quality. I shouldn’t have worried - they sound BRILLIANT! Dialogue is crystal clear, music is pure and full of range and cinema surround is spooky realistic. And they look SO neat mounted next to the ceiling!
More, DPD messed up the delivery and missed one of the cartons. A quick email to Richer Sounds and they refunded the delivery charge and had the missing box delivered next say before 10. Great service.

What a powerful speaker for the size, good looks and great connectivity for your speaker wire, even takes banana plugs. Would never go anywhere else for my home cinema additions for the set up ive got
