Excellent service from Richer Sounds
Received as replacement for a faulty QED Performance Premium Slim HMI cable, since that cable was no longer in stock. It took nearly six months to finally identify that cable as causing sound dropouts in a TV + Soundbar package. This cable is much superior in that the plugs fit noticeably better. Of significant note is the Nottingham branch who sent this replacement cable without quible as soon as telephoned them. I can fully recommend these cables, but Richer Sounds service deserves 10 stars.

Exactly what I needed
What can you say about an HDMI lead? Well, they are hard to get hold of during a pandemic and there are infinite variations. Without Richer Sounds I might well have gone to a non specialist on-line retailer and wasted my money. A must buy for anyone with 4K capability

Excellent quality cable upgrade.
Purchased the Audio Quest HDMI cable to replace my much older connection between my new Freesat box and my Denon AV Reciever. I was having problems with sound and picture dropout after purchasing the new type Freesat box. After much research, I bought this cable from the excellent Richer Sounds and it immediately cured all the problems being a much faster cable and of really high quality. Problem solved
I had a problem where I was regularly momentarily losing the signal from my Sky Q box to Sony Bravia tv.This was especially bad when turning other appliances on around my flat.
Have been using this HDMI cable a couple of weeks now and has not happened once.

An unbelievable improvement!
I always thought that a digital audio lead would provide a faithful top quality sound so I used one for my soundbar. The sound was much better than Bluetooth or WiFi. The advisor in Richer Sounds advised me that da actually compresses signals and only a quality hdmi lead like the Audioquest Pearl would deliver a far fuller signal / sound. I therefore tried it and WOW!! Quite literally I was blown away. The improvement in sound quality was unbelievable and far above the relatively small cost of the lead. I am now having to listen to and watch everything again!! Once again, the staff at RS have provided superb advice which has greatly enriched my listening experience. Thank you.

Bought this with my sound bar worked great for a couple of day then the sound started to keep cutting off. Swap it for another hdmi cable and works fine. So I will take this one back as I no I will have no issues with Richer Sounds with getting an exchange.

Good cable, does the job nicely.
I purchased several similarly priced cables (on the recommendation of their staff) from another major retailer and was getting white specs flicking on my screen. The audio quest cables fixed that issue. One "hidden" feature of these cables is that years down the line when you are wondering if all of your other cables are HDMI 1, 2, 2.2 etc you'll be able to google these and get all their stats as they are all branded with name and variation. I have 20 or so HDMI cables here that i have no idea how fast/slow they are.
