Robust build, powerful direct drive with pitch control and USB interface make the Audio Technica LP120XUSB ideal for mixing or home use alike.

Sleek yet robust

With its low profile design, the LP120XUSB is much sleeker than other semi-pro turntables. The build quality is still top notch, though, with the damped construction base and die-cast aluminium platter designed for a long life.

Direct drive for precise speed
Featuring a direct drive motor, the AT-LP120XUSB gives superb pitch stability. It also gives the swift start and stop times needed for complete control when mixing.

Fully adjustable pitch control for easy mixing
Pitch control makes this deck perfect for mixing. The handy slider has a dual range of +/-8% or +/-16% for more extreme sounds. With Quartz lock, you’re guaranteed total pitch stability. A pop-up strobe light makes keeping an eye on the platter speed easy, too.

78rpm playback option
Change the headshell for one equipped with a mono cartridge and you can play 78s at the flick of a switch. With a detachable headshell, switching from 78 to other speeds is far easier than with other decks.

Quality Audio Technica arm and cartridge
As one of the most recognised tonearm and cartridge manufacturers in the world, the components fitted to the LP120XUSB are both top quality. The S-shaped tonearm is a classic AT design that's designed to minimise tracking error. Fitted with Audio Technica’s AT-VM95E cartridge, the LP120XUSB is ready to go. If you’d prefer professional use cartridge, then the detachable headshell makes it easy to upgrade.

Archive your records to PC or Mac via USB
With its USB output, you can hook the Audio Technica LP120XUSB to your PC or Mac. Connect the deck to your PC or Mac, use the supplied Audacity software and you can record all your vinyl to MP3. From here, the choice is yours. Load them on to your MP3 player or NAS drive, record on to CD or just have the records archived on your computer - whatever your choice, your LPs are now more accessible than ever before.

Plug in to your hi-fi, mixer or speaker - Built-in phono stage
Audio Technica have made it easy to link up the LP120XUSB to your existing system. A built-in phono stage means you don't have to have a hi-fi or speaker with a phono pre-amp built-in - any AUX input will work fine.

Whether mixing, chilling or archiving your discs, the Audio Technica LP120XUSB is always at its best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, even better service I bought this as a re-entry to vinyl. After plenty of research and a personal recommendation from someone I trust I decide on this model but really wanted black. These were so difficult to find, I called my local richer sounds who said there was the potential that one was in the warehouse and 24 hours later it was on my doorstep. The turntable itself is great quality, all parts feel solid and purposeful. The setup took around 25 minutes for me as a novice but the immediate sound quality was extremely good paired up with a yamaha and dali spektor 2 Thanks Diego for your help, great guy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works For Me Not having a turntable for a couple of years and thousands of albums just sitting there& being stuck indoors i thought it was about time to treat myself, the price & reviews were right so ordered on line, 24 hours later it was in my hands, packed well and a very solid feel it felt like the right choice, set-up was quiet easy, getting the exact balance of the arm was a bit tricky but got there in the end, the instructions that come with it are frankly a waste of time, go to youtube and watch a set-up video for it. pulled out a variety of music, jazz to hard rock to metal and this deck does justice to them all, plenty of space and atmosphere in the more delicate stuff yet plenty of grunt when guitars need to blast out, been pulling albums out every day since i got it and reliving some lost gems. Highly recommended and really works for me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product and service Bought my new turntable off richer sounds as it was a better price than most places for the specific product. It was delivered by quickly and they were very informative along the way until it was delivered. The product itself Is excellent and just what I wanted

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed so far I got into vinyl using an ion record player received as a gift. However, I finally decided to invest in a proper record player to justify my growing record collection. Without wanting to break the bank, the Audio Technica was consistently coming up top for a high quality affordable record player. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. The player feels substantial, well built and looks great in black. Particularly so when when it's darker with the on/off light switch and led light for dropping the needle. Set up is straightforward. I recommend looking on YouTube for the setup guide as it's much easier to follow than the paper copy instructions if you're a relative newbie to turntables. Calibrating the tonearm and dropping the needle in the record for the first time is highly satisfying with this turntable. The tonearm and needle are of good quality for the price. Most importantly the sound quality is very good, great depth to the sound. I'm using a Sonos set up with the player connected to a Sonos Connect. This is where the in built pre amp is of benefit. I would definitely recommend buying a velvet brush or microfibre cloth to remove dust from records before putting them on the turntable. This reduces any snaps and crackles. All in all, based on my experience so far I'd highly recommend this player and Richer Sounds for purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value Couldn’t be happier. Easy to set up and believe me I was clueless, I keep being transported back 30/40 years to a time when the sound was quite so clinical. A brilliant well priced purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magic Are used to own a set of technics 1210s marked as we are back in the day and I stupidly sold them. I waited decades later and in the end I bought this instead. The unboxing experience was wonderful and the setting up was reminiscent of having technics all over again except that this was way cheaper. In my mind this sounds and feels exactly the same. Richard sounds service top-notch as usual.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound. Bought to replace a low cost USB turntable and very happy with the results. Some teething trouble setting up to record/play-back via a computer, and playing through an AV receiver system, but once sorted am enjoying a great sound and quality recordings. From the box was easy to assemble, there was even a YouTube clip to assist with balancing the arm.
