Watch your favourite movies, just as the director intended, with the super-realistic BenQ W2700.

CinematicColor DCI – P3 for sensational realism

For optimal colour, the W2700 offers up to 95% super wide colour space. Covering a far wider visible spectrum than the Rec.709 standard, DCI-P3 is a reference standard used by the American film industry. Combined with Enhanced Colour Mapping, the result is pure and totally realistic colour, especially with subtle hues such as skin tone. With DCI – P3, you’re seeing what the director sees.

HDR-PRO – getting the best from HDR content
Taking HDR to the next level, HDR-PRO provides enhanced tone mapping for even greater contrast. Bringing out the finest details, HDR-PRO brings images to life. Compatible with HDR10 and HLG formats, the W2700 gets the best from your movies, games and TV.

4K UHD Resolution
Ultra HD 4K resolution gives you four times more detail than Full HD with over 8 million pixels! It delivers a sharper, more life-like picture with richer and more natural colour. It also lets you sit closer to the screen – making it ideal for smaller rooms, too.

Factory calibrated for out-of-the box colour accuracy
Making sure you get the best from your projector, straight out of the box, the W2700 comes with a factory calibration set-up and report. Using specialist instruments and software, the projector is calibrated and adjusted for precise D65 colour temperature, gamma, black level, white level, neutral grey, RGBCMY colour tracking, hue, saturation, brightness and output. This means a brilliant picture is guaranteed – straight out of the box.

High precision lens for the sharpest picture
Featuring a super-high resolution, 10-element array, the 4K optimised lens delivers stunning precision. With greater light penetration, you get improved detail, clarity and sharpness across the whole of the screen.

Optimal installation with Vertical lens shift
Vertical lens shift lets you adjust the physical direction of the lens across a +/- 10% vertical plane. This adjustment makes installation much easier as, once installed, you’re able to adjust the image to precisely fit your screen – without the need for any image-compromising digital adjustment.

CinemaMaster Video+ for Majestic Scenes
CinemaMaster Video+ turns any room into a world-class home cinema with video-enhancing technologies sure to please even the most critical movie enthusiasts. By enhancing pixels, colour and flesh tones you get the realism like never before.

Wide-ranging inputs, including USB
A comprehensive USB interface lets you not just power devices but also playback from media devices. Utilising a USB 3.0 port, data is transferred around ten times faster than USB 2.0 – making streamer Hi-Res music and video a smooth and glitch-free process.

Get a picture that’s not just bigger but better, too, with the impressive BenQ W2700.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture Bought this as a replacement for my 7 year old Benq W1070. Initially had an issue with HDR content but this was resolved by updating the firmware. Picture quality is very impressive, Spider-Man Far From Home looked fantastic. The football on BT sport in UHD is certainly a step up from watching in HD. Not watched a full movie in 3D on this yet but had a quick look at Aquaman and the 3D was outstanding. Richer Sounds also did a great deal on some new HDMI cables. Very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Time to buy some popcorn I bought to product to watch the Rugby World Cup Final...although the match disappointed, the BenQ most certainly didn't. Very easy to setup. Connected to a Virgin Media V6 box Very easy to get lost in the action. Crisp, clear image. No problem keeping up with the movement of the game. And we now have a home cinema room. Very impressive. Connected to an external amp to give a better room filling sound

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just an amazing 4K projector Having tried other 4K projectors and been disappointed with rainbow effect or grey borders I bought the BenQ W2700 a month ago and I've been very impressed. Colour reproduction is superb and the on board media player can handle a wide range of mp4 and mkv formats although it is a little fussy with the sound encoding with some mkv files. This is not a problem when using an AV receiver however if files are streamed through a media server such as Plex, which is better for sound reproduction overall as sound output from the projector is limited to 5.1 as this is the limit of the Toslink fibre optic output. The built in speakers are actually not bad for what they are but in the end you're only ever going to use them for outdoor/sports use, using them for movies would be like putting re-tread tyres on a Ferrari. Fan noise is a little louder than some of the optomas but not enough to distract even in quiet parts of films. Overall I'm very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Projector I bought this a week ago and I have been projecting onto a plain wall. Was knocked out by the picture quality. The immersion experience is amazing, can't believe I have this in my house. So impressed I have just ordered a proper screen as that's what it deserves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great upgrade from my previous W1070 Although I was sceptical of the upgrade, I decided to go for this as my valiant W1070's bulb went off. The projector is quite a beast compared to the W1070 but not crazy big neither (especially compared to one of these Sony projectors). Set up is easy and clean, menus are a nice upgrade from the 1070 too while remaining easy to navigate. In terms of noise, I was hoping for something quieter, but the mirror shifting mechanism emits quite a distinctive noise. It is however not unbearable and a change from the W1070 noisy ventilators. If you use 1080p sources, don't hesitate to use the silent mode. The image itself is brilliant. I have, from a close pov, a lot of CA as noted by a few reviewers, but no one is realistically putting their nose to the screen. From a viewing distance, I don't see them at all. The picture is sharp, the colors vibrant (especially when used with HDR sources) and I am overall very happy with the results. I only wish it was a bit quieter...
